Jar Of Flowers And Magenta Madness

You guys the Jar of Flowers is probably one of my favorite bundles in the new catalog.  If you only get one bundle get this one!!!  I've used this stamp set so much just in the few weeks that I've had it.  One of the things I love the most is the Mason Jar Shaker Domes that line up perfectly!  Making shaker cards just got soooo easy!!! You can check out this card I shared last weekend featuring the shaker domes and mini M&Ms!  Yum!!!
For this card I stamped and colored in Stampin' Blends, well all except the tulips that is.  For those I stamped the flowers on piece of new Magenta Madness and then fussy cut them and adhered them onto the flower arrangement.  I really wanted to bring that Magenta Madness color into the arrangement and since I don't have the inks fussy cutting to the rescue!!!  I heat embossed a greeting also from a new set coming and added some more Magaenta Madness with some ribbon!
I filled my shaker dome with some gold and pink sequins I had.  I'm not sure where I got them, maybe left over from an old Paper Pumpkin or maybe just part of my endless sequin collection!  Maybe with these amazing shaker domes I'll finally put a dent in that sequin collection!  I have a list of supplies below.  Some products aren't available until June 3rd but you can add them to your Starter Kit now when you join my team!

Thanks for looking, see you soon!!!

Team Make and Takes

Last week I held a virtual meeting with my team.  I always mail out make and take packages to those who request it prior to the meeting.  They're told in advance what inks and stamps to have on hand and during our virtual meeting we make the make and takes together.  These were the two make and takes from this month!  I love them both!!!  We featured all new products!  You can't purchase these products until June 3rd but you can add them to your starter kit if you're ready to join my team today!  I will have a full supply list below of all the products, links to those products you can purchase now.
I wanted to make sure to showcase all of the In Colors on one card so that even if they hadn't placed a preorder they'd still have a sample of every color.  I love this card.  So fun and simple and that Lovely Labels Pick a Punch is mouthful but it's such a cool punch!  You can create tag ends on any length of cardstock!  Plus there's two different ends to choose from!  Yay!!!

Lovely You and Buffalo Check-VIDEO!

You guys where is the time going!!?!  One of the things I've struggled with so much is how we can be home ALL THE TIME but less and less is getting done!  Most of my time has been monopolized by distance learning.  I had no idea how much of my time that would take.  Thankfully as of today, school is over!  We're now into summer but that also means I have to plan activities and make sure the kids stay busy or they're on their screens ALL DAY LONG.  I can almost smell their brains frying with those video games.  I'm hoping that with the end of distance learning I'll be able to return to some kind of normal schedule.  I have no idea, no promises!  I shared this card last week in my Facebook live.  I love this card, I love that Buffalo Check background!  I have lots of tips for this card like stamp the Buffaflo Check once and get two cards.  As long as you have the supplies out to make one you might as well make two!  There's also some new stuff on here.  Check out the video for all the details.  I have a full supply list below.  I'll be back on Monday with a whole weeks worth of projects.....hopefully!

Blossoms In Bloom

Ready for a sneak peek of some new products?! This new Blossoms In Bloom Bundle is amazing!!!  I can't wait play with it more.  This was a quick card that I made when I got my supplies.  I had to make something!!  There's lots of new stuff on this card so let's see if I can name it all!  The stamp set and gorgeous die are of course new!  The greeting is from that same stamp set, which by the way, I'll be using this stamp set and the simple, smaller greetings a TON!!! LOVE THEM!!!  Also new-the punch which created the label for the greeting.  The Lovely Labels Pick a Punch is amazing, there's two different toppers to it and you can choose the width and length of your label.  So smart!!  There's one more new thing on this card....
Do you see those smaller flowers?  That Misty Moonlight a new color!!!  I paired it up with some of our other blues.  The flowers are stamped in Seaside Spray and the detailed die cut is cut from Night of Navy.  Misty Moonlight is a great in-between color and pairs perfectly with those two!  The new products are not available to purchase until the catalog goes live on June 3.  But you can add them to your starter kit now when you join my team!  I have a full supply list below.

No Line Stampin Blends Coloring

Yesterday I shared anothercard which features no line coloring.  Today I have another card to share with the same technique.  I have a video on yesterdays blog post which goes into more details about how to color using the no line technique.  Check it out here.  I love both cards but I have to say I really love today's card.  I used the To A Wild Rose Stamp Set to stamp my flower and leaves then colored them.  I used Rococo Rose and Mint Macaron ink and stamped them off to get a lighter line to start with.
This card uses so many things I keep reaching for lately.  Some of my favorites too.  Rococo Rose.  I used Rococo Rose Stampin' Blends to color my flower.  I have been reaching for this color more and more and more lately.  I think it's my new go to pink color.  I can't get enough of it!  Another color I'm loving lately which I haven't in the past is Mint Macaron.  Finally the third item I'm reaching for more and more is the Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder.  I don't know what it is about that folder but I love it!  I have a full details supply list below.  If you want to know more about no line coloring check out my video on yesterday's post.

No Line Stampin' Blend Coloring-VIDEO

Over the weekend I shared this fun card in my VIP group on Facebook.  You should join my VIP group, find me at Ruth's Stamping Corner VIP Group.  There's no requirements to join.  I'd love to have you there.  I did
some no line Stampin' Blends coloring.  Basically the idea with no line coloring is that you want to color the image without leaving the stamped lines.  So it looks more artistic, more like your drew and painted it yourself.  I've only done no line coloring a few times, this is one of my favorite times!  I love how stunning that flower is!!

With no line coloring you want to leave lines that define your image but hide those lines that give away that it's a stamped your starter kit when you join my team!  I hope you give some no line coloring a try.  It's so much fun!!!

image.  You want to start with a really light ink, that way your image will just disappear into the coloring.  I used Highland Heather stamped off once, and then colored with Highland Heather Blends.  Make sure you define the petals, or it will all bleed into a blob.  I have all the details on this card along with more tips and tricks in the video below.  Check it out!!!  I have a full supply list below.  The bundle and ribbon are new and coming in the upcoming Annual Catalog, you can't purchase them yet but you can add them to

To A Wild Rose

If you're like me you might have a lot, A LOT of floral stamp sets.  I think we all tend to gravitate towards those amazing floral images.  One of my favorites is the To A Wild Rose.  I love this image so much, I love that there are dies.  Hurry the bundle price is retiring!  Save 10% when you purchase this as a bundle, only through June 2.  I made the same card for two different occasions using the To A Wild Rose set.  Truly proving that with a different sentiment you can change a card.
I'm really loving Rococo Rose and Merry Merlot lately, those two colors together are my favorite!  I've been using them a ton!  Lining up the images on this set is easy but if you're worried you might make a mistake feel free to break out your Stamparatus.  To get the two shades to the flower I stamped the Rococo Rose off for the most solid layer. I added some Linen Thread and Pearls as finishing touches to this card and I love it!!!  I have a full supply list below.
