Silly Goose Gaggle Of Good Wishes

With the recent heat wave, I could totally be this goose. Give me a pool, a floatie and a big sun hat please!! I'll do without the frog though, even as cute as he is. I LOVE this card. There's lots of little details that make up for an amazing card! I have some subtle ink blending going on in the background. I used the new Foursquare Masks to add some texture. If you want to learn more about these masks and some techniques using them check out my August Card Crate.

I added more with some DSP from the Brights Pack and tons of sparkle from the More Dazzling Paper. Finally I added dots to the floatie using some Pearlized Enamel Effects. This not only adds amazing texture but some shimmer too, adding to the already adorable card. I have a full supply list below. You can shop for these products in my Online Store.

Silly Goose Friends

We are in the heat of the summer, literally! So, I decided to pull out some fun summery stamp sets and make some projects with them. I have a few more to share next week too. This Silly Goose Set is adorable and I'm so glad it carried into the Annual Catalog! I stamped my geese in Memento then used Stampin' Blends to color them. Colors listed below in my supplies.

I added lots of texture to my card with DSP and embossing. I used an embossing folder from the Basics 3D Folders, available only in my Online Store. I added even more with DSP from the Brights Pack and the Bright and Beautiful DSP. I have a full supply list below, you can shop for these products in my Online Store. Rainy Days Bunny Fun Fold-VIDEO

I have a really cute fun fold card for you today. This one features the Playing In The Rain Stamp Set and Dies. I'm hoping that if I make a rainy day card maybe we'll have one...the stampers version of a rain dance. LOL. This fun fold card is super simple and super cute! I paired up my stamp set with the Bright and Beautiful DSP. Check out my video for this card using a different DSP pattern!

I used Stampin' Blends to color my bunny, I used both Daffodil Delight and Lemon Lolly on the jacket. I love combining blends to get different depths of colors. I embellished my card with some Solid Gems and Sheer Ribbon.

The card is a version of a gate fold but a little staggered. It's really cute!

Card Crate August 2023-Layering Leaves Set Stamp A Stack

I am happy to announce a new way to do classes with me! Welcome to Card Crate! The class that comes to your door and you can do your projects on your time from the comfort of your home.

If you've done Card Crate with me in the past you'll notice two options now, there's a local one for ones that don't require shipping, that price will stay the same at $35. If you crate needs shipped it will be $40, a small price increase. This is to help cover shipping costs. Thanks for understanding.

What you'll need:

Stamps and ink to complete your projects, per Stampin' Up! policy all projects will come unstamped (you'll know in advance what the supplies are so you can plan ahead and place orders if you need to). There's always room to substitute items and be creative if you don't have the exact supplies!
Adhesive, some months may contain specialty adhesive.

This month's kit is so fun!!! I'm featuring the Layering Leaves Set. I LOVE this one! The greetings are amazing! You'll need the set to complete your projects. This set coordinates with the Bough Punch. It will be helpful to have. Right now, unfortunately, the Bough Punch is unorderable. If you have it great! If not, I will send all the punched pieces you'll need. You'll make 8 cards, two each of four designs! They're easy enough to recreate but cute enough for a big impact! Add on the stamp set for just $24, I'll pay the tax and shipping.

I'm also featuring the Four Square Masks in this kit, you'll receive them as part of your supplies! I'll be sharing lots of fun tips so you're successful every time you use them!

Let's Go Fishing Goldfish Tag

I have an adorable tag to share with you today. I'm using the Let's Go Fishing DSP. I've debated with myself if I need the Gone Fishing Bundle. The truth is, I don't know a lot of fishermen/women and I don't know that I'd get a lot of use out of it. But I can invest in the Let's Go Fishing DSP which gives me similar results to the paper but without the investment! So I grabbed the DSP and made an adorable tag!

I tied my tag onto the, now retired, Embossed Treat Bags. These were available last year I believe, I had a stash of them left and they held my treat perfectly so they were an easy choice! From the DSP I fussy cut, yes I fussy cut, the fish. I *think* the coordinating dies might cut them out but I didn't have them and I LOVE to fussy cut so it was an easy choice for me.

I used Misty Moonlight Cardstock and Ink to coordinate with my DSP and I pulled a greeting from the Charming Sentiments Set. I got the curved edge on my tag by using the 2 3/8" Circle Punch. It's a great way to add a little interest.

Misty Moonlight 2 1/4" x 5" trim the bottom with the 2 3/8" Circle Punch

DSP 2" x 4 1/2" trim the bottom with the 2" Circle Punch plus fussy cut or die cut fish

Vanilla 2" Circle Punch plus scraps to stamp and die cut

Hey Chuck Sun Spinner

Eeek! Today's card is soooo fun! I'm featuring the Hey Chuck Bundle, which I'm loving the more and more that I use it! Today I have a spinner card for you, the sun will 'spin' and rise over one side of the hill and set over the other. SOOO FUN! I've made these penny spinners before, check out this post and video for the mechanism of the spinner. I used my Stylish Shapes dies to make my spinner track.

I used a Blending Brush on my Basic White background before I die cut it so add a 'glow' of Daffodil delight around the sun. I also splattered it with Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends too. For my hills I used Granny Apple Green and Lemon Lime Twist. I die cut them with the Gorgeously Made dies then again used Blending Brushes in their coordinating colors to add more depth to them.

The images are all colored with Stampin' Blends. Colors listed below. I love this fun card! Just a note, penny spinner cards do cost a little extra to mail so keep that in mind when putting postage on this card. I have a full supply list below. You can shop for these products in my Online Store.

Sending Smiles Mini Toblerone Box

I have an adorable treat box to share today! This one is going to be great to mass produce and keep a stash on hand for when you need a treat to gift! I'm using the Sending Smiles Set and Sending Dies for this adorable box. I'm also bringing in some of the new In Colors. I'm just as shocked as you when I say, I'm starting to really like Wild Wheat! I was sure I would hate this color, I was wrong!

I made my box with Wild Wheat and the stamped the flower on Moody Mauve in Moody Mauve Ink. I love the tone on tone look. To help bring out lots of those pink tones I used a Flat Pearl. These are amazing friends! I made a belly band for my box with the Fresh As A Daisy DSP.

Inside my box is a mini Toblerone Bar. These are a perfect match our new Wild Wheat Color. I found these tiny Toblerone's in my local Walmart. Check your local stores or Amazon for them.
