Arrange A Wreath-VIDEO

Did you catch my Facebook Live yesterday when I shared this amazing card?  If not don't worry you can catch the reply below.  I simply love this card.  The rainbow glimmer paper is pretty amazing!  It's a little scary cutting into it but once you get past that fear you'll be using the paper everywhere!!!!  I love this wreath and it's seamless transition from color to color and of course the sparkle!
All the die cuts on this card come from the Wreath Builder Dies.  They're pretty spectacular and you'll be using it year round I promise!!!  The stamp set is pretty awesome too and one that has year round sentiments that you'll be reaching for often too!  The sentiment on this card comes from the Blossoms In Bloom set but I use a greeting from the Arrange A Wreath set in the video.
I wanted to bring all that color from the outside to the inside so I stamped a wreath inside too.  I used my sponge daubers to add ink to my stamp and I used the Stamparatus to get a great impression.  LOVE that tool!!!!  I love how the colors blend beautifully together!!!! Check out the video for all the details on this card.  I have a full supply list below.

ZFold Train

In our family we have some train lovers, I'm talking about my husband.  When we were engaged and living in South Carolina we lived about a block away from train tracks.  Every evening my husband would call the Amtrak hotline to see if the train was on time, it was always late! Then we'd walk a block and wait for the train, every night, just to see it whiz by.  But every time there's a train in a stamp set I have to get it.  I have to make a train card for my husband.  The Moving Along set is soooo cute and in addition to the train you could stamp lots of other modes of transportation.  The little car-SO CUTE!!!!
For this card I stamped an engine and lots of cars.  I honestly didn't know how many I'd need so I kept stamping.  I then fussy cut them all out.  You don't need to fussy cut them I just wanted the added dimension, but stamping them direction onto the card would be just fine too.  I love the Z-Fold for this card, because what you think is a two car train expands into many cars!  So fun!!!
Z-Fold cards are really easy, start with your basic card base at 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored on the long side at 4 1/4", then score it again at 2 1/8".  Fold your score lines in opposite directions to make a Z with your cardstock.  Embellish your card as desired.  I added very little to this card.  It's basically just stamps, ink and paper.  Very simple but very cute and still packs a punch with it's fancy fold.  I have full supply list below.

Embossing With Adhesive Sheets

I couldn't be more thrilled that our adhesive sheets are back in the catalog.  These are sheets that act like stickers.  You stick it to your cardstock then die cut a detailed die and then you simply pull off the backing and your detailed die is now a sticker that is easy to adhere!  I wanted to try the adhesive sheets in a new way though.  I covered a piece of white cardstock that is 5" x 3 3/4" with the adhesive sheets exposed the adhesive, then I stuck down lots of DSP squares that I trimmed to 1" x 1".  Once those were stuck down I covered the entire paper with Gold Embossing Powder.  The embossing powder stuck to anywhere there was exposed adhesive.  Then I simply heated it up and I have a beautiful golden background.
To finish the card I added a greeting and a fun bow.  I pulled apart the threads from the Just Jade ribbon to get lots of whispy fibers.  I love this!!!!  This was a fun technique and I hope you give it a try.  I have a full supply list below.

Hip Hippo Hooray

The Hippo Happiness Bundle was top five for sure on my list.  If you know me, you know I'm a fan of cute and sweet critters, and funny puns to go with them.  It was clearly a match made in heaven for me.  While my daughter has used this set more than me I couldn't wait and had to ink it up!  The hippo just might be my favorite!  The background I kept very simple and embossed it with the Brick and Mortar Embossing Folder.  I wanted the focus to be on that sweet hippo!
I stamped and die cut all my pieces and then started adhering everything together with some Tombow glue.  That adorable label the hippo is on is also in the Hippo and Friends Die set.  Even if you don't love the animals the dies are pretty awesome by themselves!  I used my Purple Posy Stampin' Blends to add some polka dots to the background. If you want to learn more about using your Stampin' Blends in fun and unique ways check out my Stampin' Blends Club, opt in this month by June 28, 2020.   It's helps add the party atmosphere on the card.  I have a full supply list below.

Magenta Whale

You guys the Whale Done Bundle has to be on your wishlist.  It's sooooo cute!!!  Look at how stinkin' adorable this card is!!!!  First that whale, that Magenta Madness Whale!!!!  LOVE!!!!  The Whale Builder Punch is so easy and fun to make such cute whales!!!!  I paired up Magenta Madness with some Purple Posy for the whale's fin and underbelly??  What is that called on a whale?? I can see 1000 amazing color combos for this whale!!!
The background is pretty cool too, I made it using a paint brush and some hand sanitizer!  I know! Your mind was just blown right?!  I mixed some clear hand sanitizer with a drop of Coastal Cabana and then did a 'watercolor' wash on my white cardstock.  I saw a technique by fellow demo Connie who painted with hand sanitizer and I loved it, I had to try it!!  It's pretty awesome!  It dries fast, it doesn't buckle or warp your paper and hey it might just be the cleanest card you've ever made!  I used an old paintbrush to do mine, I was hesitant to use an water brush, I wasn't sure I'd be able to clean it completely.  I thought the 'watercolor' wash was the perfect background for this sweet whale.  The splatters are from my Bermuda Bay Stampin' Blends.  I have a full supply list below.

Gorgeous Posies Treat Box-VIDEO

Did you catch yesterday's Facebook Live?  I shared this amazingly cute treat box.  The idea for this box actually came from the cereal box hack going around. Have you seen that hack? It's where you close your cereal box by pinching the sides closed and folding the front flap into the box in the back.  It's pretty crazy but I thought what if I could make a box like that.  So here it is!!!  I used the Gorgeous Posies Set for this box.  It coordinates with the Gorgeous Posies Project Kit but I wanted to ink up that flower without the kit.  I'm so glad I did!!!

The only weird part of this box is the small diagonal score lines we have to make but I promise they're easy to do!  I explain it all in the video plus measurements are all listed below.
Inside the box I put some Little Debbie Swiss Rolls.  These are some of my favs.  I don't buy them often but I love it when I do.  This box is a great size though so lots of treats would fit in there!  To recreate the box here's what you'll need:
Cardstock-9"x6 3/4"
On the short side score at 1 1/4", 5" and 6 1/4"
On the long side (with the shorter scored section up) score at 3", 4 1/4", 7 1/4", 8 1/2" then mark it at 3 5/8" and 7 7/8"
See video for further instructions
DSP pieces 2 3/4"x3 1/2" and 2 3/4"x1"

Zoo Globe

I have more super cute cards to share today!  The Zoo Globe set is so stinkin' adorable!!!  Not only do they have these super cute images, but they also coordinate with the Snow Globe Scenes Dies and Shaker Domes so that you can make amazing shaker cards!!
Today, instead of shaker cards I just wanted to spotlight the images in the set.  I made a four pack of cards featuring all the images.  These would make a great gift for a baby shower or party invitations!  They're so cute!!!
The cards all use the same layout and same supplies to complete the cards.  I used the Old World Paper Embossing Folder on them all and I added some Black Glitter Ribbon and Linen Thread to them all.  The greeting from the Zoo Globe set could be for any occasion!
The images are all colored with Stampin' Blends, I have a full list of all the colors I used for all four cards in the supply list below.  This set is sooooo cute!!!  Don't pass it up!!!  If you want to learn more about Stampin' Blends don't miss my Stampin' Blends Club going on now!!!

From All Of Us

If you guys know me you know that I love cute animal sets.  So when I saw this stamp set it had to be one of the first on my list.  I'm completely in love with it!!  I used my Stampin' Blends to color it.  I love them, they're my number one coloring choice!  I grabbed my blends and a stack of stamped images and spend the evening coloring one night.  This one I just LOVE!!!  I'll have all the Stampin' Blends I used listed below in the supplies.

The card is kept super simple.  I thought the coloring was so detailed enough that any other accessory or embellishment would take away from the coloring.  I simply added a white heat embossed greeting and some Linen Thread. I love it!  I love all their facial expressions, especially the turtle.  She knows more than she's sharing!  I'll have the rest of my marathon coloring session to share tomorrow!!! If you want to learn more about our Stampin' Blends make sure you check out my Stampin' Blends Club going on NOW!
