Easter Basket Bundle Class To Go Day 4-VIDEO Bunny Fun Fold

The final card of the class is another fun fold.  You know I LOVE these fun fold cards.  I'm not sure what to call this one.  It's not one that I've seen before I was just playing with some pieces of cardstock and I love how this fell into place.  The bunnies are too adorable!  I kept mine white with a little Crumb Cake Shading but you could make them any color you want!  Again I pulled out the Easter Joy DSP.  The patterns are so great and I love the Balmy Blue Easter scenes one.  The DSP directly behind the bunnies are actually from the Peaceful Garden DSP.  This was in our fall catalog but it's still available in my Online Store and I thought it was the perfect soft background.

The carrots are colored with Stampin' Blends, all the colors I used are listed in the supply list linked below.  The mini card on the front opens to the right then the left side of the card opens up.  Really fun, really unique, really simple!

Easter Basket Bundle Class To Go Day 3-VIDEO Daffodils

The daffodil dies in this bundle are amazing!  They create so much texture with the stitching and layers.  I couldn't help but make a whole field of flowers with this bundle!  I die cut lots of flowers in Lemon Lolly, Daffodil Delight and Peach Pie.  I used Blending Brushes to add some extra shading to all of them.  Ink colors all listed in my supply list linked below.  I also used my Blending Brushes to make a fun spring like background.

I used some ink and a Water painter to spatter on my grassy hill and background.  This gives even more dimension.  To make my hill I started with a piece of Basic White Cardstock and trimmed a hill from the Everyday Arches Dies.  Look at the basic shape dies you have, what might work as a hill?

One of the best designed dies in this bundle has to be the Easter Basket Die.  It cuts the most adorable basket, It reminds me of those multicolored plastic ones of my childhood.  The basket die also cuts slits in the basket, there's another die you use to cut the strips and weave them into the basket.  So adorable! The texture and dimension is incredible! I weaved in four strips to my basket.  The last one was a little harder to do.  As you weave them the basket gets a little tighter and there's less wiggle room.  If you find weaving four to be too challenging, try three instead.

The basket and chocolate bunny are the star of my card but those eggs are pretty adorable too.  I stamped them in Flirty Flamingo and Timid Tiger, then colored them with Stampin' Blends in Peach Pie and Pretty In Pink.  Since they're not stamped with the black outline they give a more authentic look of colored eggs.  Get the full supply list of inks and Blends used linked below.

The first card is soooo adorable!  We're making a waterfall card.  This is one of my very favorite cards to make.  They look incredibly complicated but they're actually pretty simple to make and once you make one you'll be hooked.  I'm using lots of the images from the stamp set and they're all colored with Stampin' Blends.  For a full list of colors make sure you check the supply list linked below.

Waterfall cards are unique and fun.  When you pull the tab on the bottom the image cycle through, until you've seen them all and the tab on the bottom is fully extended.  Because we didn't use the dies, I used my Soft Sea Foam Light Stampin' Blend to go around the outside of each image.  This step may seem weird but in person that light shadow really adds a ton of dimension and makes the image seem like it's popping off the paper.  

There's a place to write a short message on the tab that comes out on the bottom.  If you need more places to write you can add this to a full card or add another panel to the back of the card.  The background is stamped with the cute carrot stamp.  I used the Easter Joy DSP for my anchor piece for the waterfall part.  Make sure to check out the video for all the step by step details.
