Another Baby Card

I have another baby card for you today. This card was made for my husbands cousin. She had a little girl, last Friday. This card was really easy to make. The wheels are the 1 inch circle punch with buttons on them. and the carraige is a circle from the colluzle cutter, cut in half. On one half use the scallop border punch. For the handle to push it, it's just a tiny scrap of cardstock. Super cute and easy. This card went together really quickly.
