This is the cutest set!! I'm loving this new hostess set, Nuts About You. The animals are so cute, plus I just love that sweet whimsical tree!! I don't really know who or what this card is for, I just wanted to use this set! It's a simple, quick card. It's not your standard size, it's a 4 x 41/2 card. Don't know why I chose that size but that's the size it is :) I pulled out my little banner punch from Sale a Bration, yes it's in the new catalog!! WHOOOHOO!!! I added a few candy dots along the bottom, just because it needed 'something'. I'm pleased with it. 
The tree is colored with markers (so is the little guy hanging from it). I wanted to add some texture to the tree so I colored it all (except the leaves) with Crumb Cake then went over it with some Baked Brown Sugar. Not covering the whole tree just bits and pieces here and there. The Crumb Cake still comes through but it's a little darker is some spots which gives nice shading and texture as a real tree would have. I did the same thing with the leaves but used my Pear Pizazz and new Mossy Meadow markers for that. So cute!!!! Even though this is a hostess set you can shop online and get it free!!
