Christmas Card Stamp a Stack Class

Over the weekend I held my annual Christmas Card Stamp A Stack.  This class is always so popular!  I love doing it!  This year my guests got to make a stack of 12 cards, 2 each of 6 designs.  Along with their card kit they all got a package of the Adhesive Sequins to use on all their cards.  Most of the cards feature the Sweetest Christmas DSP too.  I wanted to show the versatility of the DSP and the sequins.  I love ALL the cards let me know if you have a favorite.  I don't have a supply list or measurements for any of the cards, that's a perk reserved for my class guests.

The first card features the Sweet Candy Canes Bundle.  I love the pops of sparkle from the sequins.

The next card is the only card of the bunch that doesn't feature the Sweetest Christmas DSP but it's so elegant and gorgeous!  I used the Peace To You Set for this card.

The next card uses the Celebrate With Tags Bundle.  This is a great bundle to use for your Christmas cards.  The tag on the card is just one half of the tag die so you with one pass through the Cut and Emboss Machine you get supplies for two cards!  I love double duty dies like that!

I had to use the Christmas Scottie Bundle on one of my cards and this color combo of Garden Green and Coastal Cabana is everything!  I LOVE it!

The next card might be my favorite of the bunch.  I love the simplicity of it, you could easily make a stack of these!  I used the Christmas Season Set and the Hope and Peace Set.

The final card features the Trees For Sale Set and I love the colors on this card.  Blues are always a favorite of mine for some non-traditional colors.

Twelve Weeks Of Christmas Week 7-Ghirardelli Snowman Tag Box-VIDEO

Who's ready for the cutest little box you've ever seen!!!?  This one is so stinkin' cute!!  Last week on my Twelve Weeks of Christmas Series I shared a tag made with the Celebrate With Tags Bundle and I mentioned that I had big plans for the other tag die in that set.  Well my friends, today is the day!  I'm thrilled to share my tag box featuring the North Pole Mischief Set and it couldn't be cuter!!!

The box is made from the rounded tab tag in the Celebrations Tags Dies.  I cut the tag and added a smaller box inside and the finished result is this adorable box perfect for everyone on your list this Christmas!  Details on the box are below, plus check out my video for all the details and step by step instructions.

My image is from the North Pole Mischief Set.  This image is just part of a much larger image, I trimmed it down with one of the dies in the Celebrations Tags Dies, a tip I saw on Instagram by Melody Hyde.  It sounds like a simple idea but when there's one cute image I want to use all of it!  But this smaller bite sized part of that image works so well for this box.  I colored my pup with some Stampin' Blends.  I kept the coloring super simple, colors are listed below in the supplies.  I added a Gold Swirl embellishment for his tag and some sequins to finish it.  For more sparkle I added some Starry Sky Glimmer Paper.  It's all matted onto some of the amazing Snowflake Vellum Paper, this is the velvety side so there's so much texture here!

To make this box you'll need to cut one of the rounded tags from the Celebrations Tag Dies, trim off the tabs and score 1/2" on either side of the center line (do NOT fold on the center line)

Starry Sky 3 3/4" x 3" score at 1" on all sides

Snowflake Vellum rounded tag die cut trim tabs off, then trim down 1/4" on the left and right sides, and 1/4" above the center score line

Starry Sky Glimmer 2 1/4" x 1 1/4"

Assemble the box and adhere inside the scored tag die on the bottom only, between the two score lines that you added.

Make sure you check out the video for details on this box.  Subscribe to my YouTube Channel while you're there so you never miss a video.  I have a full supply list below.  You can shop for these products in my Online Store.

Snowflake Vellum Peace

Today's stunning card is part of a 30 day card making challenge by fellow demonstrator Martin from the UK.  You can read about his 30 day challenge here.  You can follow along and play along too.  I had full intentions of trying to do his challenge everyday, well......life.  I'm getting to play along today and day 11 is 'something white'.  For this 'something white' challenge I wanted a simple card with some show stopping accents.  I pulled out my Snowflake Vellum Specialty Paper.

stampin up, handmade wishes, snowflake vellum

The Snowflake Vellum Paper is an amazing selection of printed vellum papers.  You get three designs with this gorgeous iridescent foiled vellum and the same three designs in velvety flocked vellum.  So gorgeous!  I kept all my layers and my card base white, as fitting with the theme.  The card base is Thick Basic White.  I have a couple more layers of regular Basic White.  I popped them all up on Dimensionals to help them stand out more.

Card base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" score long side at 4 1/4"
Layer one 5 1/4" x 4"
Layer two and vellum layer 5" x 3 3/4"

I adhered the vellum down with liquid glue strategically placed behind the snowflakes.  I wanted to add even more sparkle and shine so I silver heat embossed a greeting from the Handmade Wishes Set and added it over a snowflake from the Wonderful Snowflakes Embellishments.  I finished the card with a few Iridescent Pearls around the snowflake.  This card is elegant and stunning!  I love it!  I have a full supply list below.  You can shop for these products in my Online Store.

Framed and Festive Pencil Pouch-VIDEO

A few weeks ago I shared this pencil holder as part of my Twelve Weeks Of Christmas Series.  That one is absolutely adorable but if you want another option to gift pencils this year I have a good one.  Pencils are a great class gift, teacher gift, coworker gift.  If you don't want to do pencils, maybe switch out the pencils for a fun pen or other writing tool.  This holder would also hold a bone folder or Paper Snips for your crafty friends!  Endless possibilities!  I got my pencils from Amazon but you can find festive pencils lots of places this year.  I saw some at Walmart over the weekend.

I used the Celebrate Everything DSP for my pouch, this DSP is a Host Exclusive item.  That means that to get this DSP you'll have to use your Stampin' Rewards shopping dollars, you start accumulating Stampin' Rewards with an order of $150.  The ornaments are fussy cut from the DSP, it doesn't take long.  I fussy cut nearly 50 ornaments quickly but if you're not into fussy cutting embellish with any other Christmas die or punch.  My greeting is from the Framed and Festive Set.  This set is only available while supplies last as part of the Fitting Florets Collection.  Pick it up while you can.

The tag my greeting is stamped on is a die from the Beautiful Shapes Dies.  It's a great size for this greeting as well as the fussy cut ornaments.  To keep my pouch closed I used a stapler, check my video for tips on using staples on your projects.  I tied some ribbon around my pouch for some added texture.  The ribbon pictured is the Pool Party Sheer Ribbon, in my video I'm using the White Glittered Ribbon, both are great options!

My pouch is 10 1/2" x 1 1/2"
On the long side score at 6 1/2" and 6 3/4"

DSP
1 1/4" x 4"
1 1/4" x 3"

Gold Embossed Framed Florets

I'm sharing another Framed Florets card today.  This one is a little different with a very different color combo.  I wanted to share some options for this set that don't include coloring.  I think sometimes we might stray away from a set or a bundle because we think, it's a line image stamp you *have* to color it.  I'm here to prove that statement wrong!  This card is stunning and there's not a lick of coloring on it.  In fact only two inks were used on this card, none of them markers!  I used Merry Merlot for the greeting and VersaMark for the embossing. This is a great way to use line image sets when you don't want to color, or don't like to color.

stampin up, framed florets

I made a simple background by stamping the floral image all over the background in VersaMark.  Sprinkle on some gold, or your favorite embossing powder and melt.  You have the most elegant background ever.  I love using gold embossing powder with Crumb Cake.  It gives it a vintage feel with a touch of elegance.  I pulled in Merry Merlot and Sahara Sand to finish the card for an even more vintage feel.  I love it!  I have a full supply list below.  You can shop for these products in my Online Store. I listed both the Framed Florets set and bundle.  I didn't use any of the dies from the bundle on this card but if you plan to get the Framed Florets Set you should upgrade and get the bundle too, the dies are amazing and you'll save 10% on the bundle!

By far my favorite part about this bundle is the dies, especially that heart oval border!  My favorite for sure!  I'll be using that for lots of projects over the next few months. I see some fun Valentine's cards with it too!  My flowers are stamped in Memento and colored with Stampin' Blends.  I have all the colors listed in my supply list below.  You can shop for these products in my Online Store.  Don't forget to shop the Fitting Florets Collection now, some items available for a limited time.

Twelve Weeks Of Christmas Week 6-Celebrate With Tags Mitten Jar-VIDEO

I'm super excited about today's project!  It's different than anything I've done in the past, it's easy enough to mass produce, affordable enough to make lots and cute enough for everyone to love!  If you ask me it's a WIN/WIN/WIN/WIN!  Today I'm using the Celebrate With Tags Bundle to make an adorable gift tag for our jar.  In the jar is a pair of gloves, mittens would also work.

stampin up, celebrate with tags

I picked up these gloves at my local Dollar Tree store.  I'm fairly confident you'll be able to find gloves/mittens at a variety of places in your area.  If you're making a bunch of these I'd check out the big box stores to get them in multipacks and maybe save some money.  I wanted to use the pink and black from the gloves so I used Melon Mambo Ink and the Black and White Gingham to coordinate everything.  You might want to choose different colors based on your glove choice.

stampin up, celebrate with tags

I stamped and die cut two of the mittens from the set.  The greeting also from the Celebrate With Tags Set is stamped in Coastal Cabana. I die cut three snowflakes from the dies and accented them with our new Gold Swirls, part of the Fitting Florets Collection.  I added some glossy dots to the mittens.

stampin up, celebrate with tags

I used a pint sized jar, it was the best fit for my gloves.  Around my jar I used two types of ribbon.  The Black and White Gingham and the Gold 3/8" Shimmer Ribbon.  The gold ribbon works well with the Gold Swirls and that pop of metallic always makes everything a little more festive.  I used my Layering Circles Dies to cut a Melon Mambo DSP Circle for the top of my jar.  I kept the top super simple but you can embellish it more if you choose.

My tag is die cut from the Celebrate With Tags Dies.  This is my favorite tag die ever!  I love how folded in half it's a fun gift tag, trimmed into two pieces you have two amazing accents for cards.  It's a double duty die for sure!  I don't have measurements for most of the project because it's all dies!  The DSP piece on the tag is the only piece that needs trimmed, 2 1/4" x 1 3/4".  I have a full supply list below.  You can shop for these products in my Online Store.  Check out my video for more details on this fun project. Hello Harvest Hand Sanitizer Box-VIDEO

Today I'm sharing an adorable box that's perfectly sized for a Bath and Body Works Hand Sanitizer.  I've made tons of hand sanitizer boxes in the past so when I sat down to make this one I thought instead of coming up with another design what if I took a past design and copied it.  So I searched my blog and found this one from May of last year. This was one of my favorite designs so I knew instantly this was the one to copy.  The best part was all the hard work was already done.  I copied my own measurements and the box was done in no time!

stampin up, hello harvest

For this fall hand sanitizer box I pulled out my favorite fall bundle in the Mini Catalog, the Hello Harvest Bundle.  I just LOVE this pumpkin die!  It's a great size and I love all the texture you get with the die!  To add even more texture to the die I used a Blending Brush and Mango Melody Ink to add shading to the sides of the pumpkin then I splattered it with Cajun Craze Light Stampin' Blends.  Once assembled I added a Tahitian Tide vine and added it to my circle die cut with the Beautiful Shapes Dies.

stampin up, hello harvest

I'm using a fun fall color combo.  I have Tahitian Tide, Starry Sky and Mango Melody.  I pulled in some Black and white patterns with the Rustic Harvest DSP.  This is a fun non traditional fall color combo.  I stamped the greeting in Starry Sky and fussy cut it out.

stampin up, hello harvest

My pumpkin is on a belly band that slides off and the box opens from the top.  If you didn't want to do a belly band you could use Velcro or magnets to keep the box closed. I like the belly band method.  You don't need any extra supplies and it's really cute!
