Light The Year Bundle Class To Go Day 3-VIDEO

Today we're making a gorgeous wreath! Lining everything up is a lot easier than you might think.  I adhered everything to a circle frame die cut with the Deckled Circles Dies.  This way we start with a circle and can line everything up perfectly!

This bundle was so unique to me and something that I usually wouldn't go for but I was drawn to it and had to create with it!  Although I'm more of a non traditional colors person I absolutely LOVE the traditional colors on this card.  I inked up the candle in two inks for a more realistic look and used a Mini Blending Brush to add a soft glow in the lantern.

Birthday Card Stamp A Stack In Person Class

This weekend was my September in person class. If you're in the Albuquerque, NM area contact me to attend one of my in person classes.  This month we celebrated my birthday!  It's my birthday month so we did a birthday card stamp a stack.  My guests got to make two each of four designs.  For those that placed online orders prior to the class they got to make two more bonus cards free!  

The cards are fun, I don't have supply lists or measurements for these cards.  That's a perk for my in person guests. 

My first card uses the Mediterranean Blooms DSP.  This DSP is so stunning it's almost all you need!  We added some stamping with the Heartfelt Hexagons Stamp Set. All the blues on this card really make you love it too! 

I have not utilized the Friends For Life Bundle as much as I would have liked to.  This bundle is so fun and I used shades of purples for this card.  Imagine it in shades of greens or oranges, so fun!  

Next we used the Enduring Beauty Stamp Set and Dies.  You might have larger image stamps like this one.  You don't always have to color them.  Use them in the background to spotlight a greeting.  I love this one! 

The Charming Duck Pond Bundle is the best!  One of my favorites for sure!  I had to include it in this class. I love the colors and that sweet duck! 

For those that placed orders the bonus card was amazing!  I let the Wildly Flowering DSP do all the heavy lifting on this card.  We simply added a greeting from the Happiest Day Stamp Set but it's a stunner!

This Calls For Hot Cocoa Fun Fold

Today I'm sharing a card that I have been swooning over as it sat on my desk over the weekend.  The colors are on point, the stamp set is adorable and it's a fun fold to top it off!  Yay!  I'm using the new More Than Autumn Bundle because it's so stinkin' cute!  This card can easily be adapted to whatever you love.  'This calls for'...pumpkin spice-change the colors and add a pumpkin! 'This calls for'...pie, doughnuts, cider, etc. Customize this card to your needs.  I paired up the card with the Snowy Wonder DSP for that beautiful soft Petal Pink.  

I stamped lots of snowflakes all over the background, my snowflakes come from the Snowy Wonder Stamp Set in the Mini.  Grab the bundle of this set if you're getting it.  You won't regret it.  I used Stampin' Blends to color my images.  I fussy cut the 'Hot Cocoa' but you could stamp that on the white circle if you didn't want to fussy cut it.  Finally to finish the card I added a few more snowflakes from the Loose White Snowflakes in the Mini Catalog.  I also added a quick Crumb Cake bow from the Essentials Baker's Twine.  All in all it's an adorable card!  

For the fun fold, it's super easy!  Adhere the large Basic White piece to the Early Espresso, then adhere the folded Petal Pink piece opening in the opposite direction of the Early Espresso piece.  That's it's super cute, super easy!

Book Treat Box With Hidden Gift Card Holder-VIDEO

I have a really fun treat box to share with you!  This one is EASY to put together because all the scoring, cutting and even adhesive placement is done for you! We're using the new Book Treat Boxes in the Mini Catalog.  These are so quick to put together!  We're stepping ours up quite a bit but if you're in a hurry, add some DSP and you're good.  If you have lots of time you can go a little over the top, like me.  I added lots of ink on my box with Blending Brushes.  I used a variety of Shaded Spruce and Pretty Peacock, blending them together with the brushes.  Then to take it a step further, I used water from my Stampin' Spritzer to add some splatter.  Let the water sit for a few seconds then use a dry paper towel and pick up the water.  You're left with amazing splatter spots!  So pretty!  

I used the Greetings of the Season Bundle for my tag.  I heat embossed the 'merry' and stamped the Christmas on the Basic Beige tag in Pretty Peacock Ink.  I used some snowflake stamps from the Snowy Wonder Set to add some stamped snowflakes and some texture to my tag.  I tied a knot in my tag with the new Pool Party Pompom Ribbon.  This ribbon is FUN! 

My DSP is the new Sentimental Christmas.  This DSP is party of Stampin' Up! commitment to give back to the community.  With every package sold Stampin' Up! will donate $3 to children's literacy programs worldwide.  With these amazing patterns you'll make cute projects and give back!  I used a Velcro dot to hold my box closed.  The box has adhesive on the flap to keep your box closed but I wanted my recipient to be able to open and close the box without ripping it up.  You could also use a small magnet if you didn't want to use Velcro.  

This box is pretty big and can hold a bunch of fun treats.  I wanted to also add a gift card holder to the inside so I made a quick pocket that adheres to one side and lifts up out of the box so you still have lots of room for treats!

Non Traditional Christmas Friends

I have another fun sample to share with the Christmas Friends Bundle.  If you missed the cards included in my class to go featuring this bundle check out the four cards here.  You have until September 15, 2024 to place a $50+ order in my Online Store and earn the class to go free.  This card isn't included in the class but I'm completely smitten with it!  I went for a very non traditional color palette for these guys.  They really pop off that Petunia Pop background.  I used the Bright Skies Dies to make some snow drifts for them to stand on.
