Flip the acetate image over and color the back of the image, with your markers. I used Regal Rose to color the flower then used Rose Red to highlight some areas. When you spray it with water the color will run together and look watercolored.
Spray the acetate sheet lightly with water. You want it to be just wet enough to moisten the ink on the acetate. This may take some practice to find the right amount of water, since it will be different with different images. If it's too wet the technique won't work, but the good news is if you didn't get enough water on it you should be able to spray again and try agian.
It's helpful (though not shown in the picture) to spray into the air and 'catch' some of the water as it's floating in the air.

The great thing about this technique is that you can use the acetate sheets over and over again. I keep mine in the box with the stamp set, so that when I want to do this again I just get the stamp set out and it's in with the stamp waiting. Super cute, super easy and super fun!!!
