Colored Pattern Party

I have another sneak peek card to share.  This one is a great one when you want to color.  The flowers are from the new Pattern Party DSP Stack.  This is a host only exclusive stack of DSP, but anyone with a $150+ order is free to earn it, you don't have to host an event.  I grabbed the piece with the flowers on the back and I sat down one night and colored a bunch of these flowers in some of our new colors.  Then I fussy cut them.  They're so pretty!  To create the card I pulled out two new stamp set and more of that amazing DSP.  

I also pulled out a new set of border dies to create that amazing border on the Soft Succulent cardstock.  So fun!!!  Before I adhered my greeting piece and flowers I added lots of splatter with a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker.  Sometimes when a card just needs a little extra something that something is some splatter.  It's a small detail that really completes the card.  I finished with some rhinestones and boom, fabulous card!

Wanna Get Away Class

Over the weekend I was so fortunate to host another in person class.  I have sooooo missed these classes over the last year and am so enjoying being able to get back in person and catching up with all my amazing stamping friends.  This class was titled Wanna Get Away, because after a year at home, don't we all want to get away.  This was a safe, crafty space we could all enjoy.  My guests made 5 cards, two with retiring products, two with mini catalog fan favorite sets and one with new sneak peek products!  These cards are exclusive to my guests attending my classes so I won't be sharing measurements or supply lists on these cards.  

First, the retiring set cards.  The first card is the Beautiful Friendship Set.  This gorgeous floral set has been one of my all time go to sets.  I love the watercolor floral look, the images are just stunning.  There's lots of amazing greetings to choose from.  It's one of my all time favorites!  Make sure you get this one before it's gone forever!  

The second retiring set I chose is the Cute Fruit Set.  This is another set that I just adore.  These fun sweet images made the cutest cards. I love the bright colors on this set and I even threw in some new DSP from the new Brights Stack in the new Catalog.  

The next card is one that I've seen in multiple places and had to copy.  I'm not sure who the original creator is but I love it!  I used the Suit and Tie Dies to create a very regal, formal front.  But when you open it.... 

.......A fun set of summer legs unfold from the card!  It's business on the outside, party on the inside!  It's super cute!! 

The second fan favorite set from the Mini Catalog that I chose to focus on was the Sweet Ice Cream Set.  I just love this set! This card was also inspired by another demo, Susan Wong.  I loved the color blocking she did and these colors just POP together don't they!  Think of how many colors you could make this card in.  

Finally, the sneak peek card.  This card features a new bundle, new colors and new DSP.  I simply adore this card and I think you can see why!  Gorgeous colors, stamps and DSP!! Sneak Peek! Flowers Of Friendship

If you saw my project on Wednesday, these products might look familiar to you.  If you didn't, you can check out Wednesday's post here.  I'm using the amazing Flowers Of Friendship Bundle again, this time I pulled in every single new In Color to share too.  I am loving this years colors I know you'll see them a lot over the next two years.  Just like on Wednesday's project I'm using the fantastic Pattern Party DSP.  My favorite!!!  Learn more about how to get the Pattern Party DSP on Wednesday's post.  

I colored all the flowers with our new In Color Stampin' Blends.  The ribbon is all new too.  I used the new Pale Papaya Ribbon and trimmed off the side and pulled out some of the fibers from the ribbon.  I love doing this with our thicker ribbons, I just loved the texture it adds.  I tied a bow with new Baker's Twine!  A whole new pack of Baker's Twine to love!!!  The tags are new from the new Tailor Made Tags.  Another must have!  I finished the flowers with some sequins I had left over from a Paper Pumpkin kit.  Just another reason to subscribe, all the extra goodies left over!

Mini Ghirardelli Box With NEW Flowers Of Friendship-VIDEO

I have lots more sneak peeks to share today and another cute box!  This one is sooo simple it will become a go to for quick boxes.  They're quick to put together and easy to throw in your bag to have some treats to give out when you need them.  This sweet box will hold two of the Mini Ghirardelli squares.  Let's get into the new stuff!  

The stamps are all new on this box.  The flower is from the new Flowers Of Friendship Bundle.  This bundle is a punch bundle which is my favorite kind of bundle!  The punch punches out the large flower, small flower and two leaves.  It's a great punch!  I colored the flowers using new Pale Papaya Stampin' Blends and the Pumpkin Pie Dark Stampin' Blends.  I love that extra boldness the Pumpkin Pie brings to it.  Other new stamps is the greeting.  From the Inspired Thoughts Set.  This one is full of amazing greetings!  

The DSP is also new from a new mega pack called Pattern Party.  This DSP is probably my most favorite DSP in the entire catalog.  You can only get this DSP as part of your Stampin' Rewards.  How do you get Stampin' Rewards?  Great question!  Stampin' Rewards are what some might refer to as hostess benefits.  But you DO NOT need to be a hostess to earn Stampin' Rewards.  Any order over $150 will earn them! To make the box you'll need a piece of cardstock that is 3 1/2" x 4 1/4"

On the short side score at 3/4" and 2 1/2"

On the long side score at 3 1/2" and 4 1/4", then mark your cardstock at 1 1/2" and 6 1/4" only score down to the first score line.  Flip your cardstock over then mark your cardstock again at the same measurements. The DSP is 6" x 1 1/2" .  For the rest of the details check out my video below.

Consume Cookies

Today's card is so cute!  Cute enough to eat!  Seriously, after stamping these I had a huge a craving for some chocolate chip cookies, especially fresh from the oven.  Is there any better way to enjoy a cookie?  I pulled out my Nothing's Better Than Bundle to make this set.  The stamps and dies will carry into the new Annual Catalog but the bundle price will not.  So if this is on your wishlist and you love saving money, get it now and save 10% on the bundle.  This bundle is one that I just LOVE, but never use enough!  Why is that!?!  It's soooo cute and the greetings are on point.  I got this set specifically for the 'because adulting is hard' greeting.  So much truth.  Sometimes we just need a cookie....or 5.....

The cookies were stamped with a Crumb Cake, Soft Suede combo.  The detail was stamped in Soft Suede while the solid image was stamped in Crumb Cake that was stamped off once.  I paired the cookies with bright fun colors.  I went with Mango Melody and Pacific Point.  To make the cookies really pop I used one of my Blending Brushes to add some color to a Basic White piece of cardstock then I used my Pacific Point Stampin' Write Marker to add some splatter.  I also added some Mango Melody Splatter to my card base with my Mango Melody Stampin' Blends.  The 'cookies' greeting is die cut with an adhesive sheet on the back.  If you get this bundle save yourself some time and get the adhesive sheets too.  The greeting will become a sticker and you'll thank yourself for all the time saved later.  To finish the card I covered the 'cookies' die cut with some Shimmery Crystal Effects.  This is an optional step but when given the opportunity to add sparkle always add sparkle.  I have a full supply list below. Sneak Peek! Scalloped Box-VIDEO

I have LOADS of sneak peek items to share today!  If you want to see more, make sure you check out my video where I share all the new products I got in my preorder!  Today we're using a few of them to make an amazing box!!!  First the Pansy Patch Bundle!  Aren't they beautiful?!?! This is only the tip of how amazing this bundle is.  The dies not only cut out the stamped images but they create the most beautiful realistic daisies you'll ever see!!!  They're amazing and I can't wait to play more with them.  The Pansy Petals suite also has amazing DSP and gold bumblebees! Wow!!!  

Did you spy four new colors on this box.  There's Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen.  This years In Colors are beautiful!  I LOVE them!!!  You'll see me using them a ton so I hope you love them too!  The box in the video also uses the last In Color, Polished Pink! 

Let's get down to the details of the box.  I used the largest die in the Scalloped Contours Dies (NEW) to make the outside of my box.  After die cutting it, on the long side I counted five scallops from one side and scored, then five from the other side and scored.  Your outside is done, it's that simple!  

The inside of the box is super simple to put together too.  You'll need a piece of cardstock that is 5" x 3 1/2", score at 7/8" on all four sides.  Trim your corner tabs and adhere together.  Then adhere to the bottom of your die cut scalloped piece.  Tie some ribbon to keep it closed and your done!  To keep my ribbon closed nice and tight without bending any of the scallops I trimmed off the center scallop on the top and bottom of the box.  This helps it close just a little easier.  I hope you enjoyed this amazing sneak peek!  Most of these items are not available for purchase right now, however when you join my team right now you can add these items to your starter kit!  Choose $125 in product for only $99!  Contact me for more details. Brushed Blooms

I know with all the excitement of the new Annual Catalog coming it's hard to focus, but we still have a couple months left of the mini catalog and there's some amazing products in there that I haven't had a chance to play with much!  The Brushed Blooms Bundle is a prime example of that.  This bundle is so stunning!  I had to pull it out!  I went for a really non traditional color combo here but I think it really makes for an elegant card.  

The flowers are die cut in Gray Granite and Crumb Cake.  I used my Blending Brushes to add some texture to each layer and made sure to back the cardstock with an Adhesive Sheet before I die cut to make layering them a piece of cake!  I added some Night of Navy leaves for just a pop of color.  The DSP is from the True Love DSP also in the Mini.  If you want good black and white patterns it's the one for you!  I finished the card with some Metallic Pearls.  It's a gorgeous card. Cute Fruit Pineapple

I'm sooo sad to see the Cute Fruit Set leave.  Make sure you grab this one before it's gone!  It's sooo cute!!!  I had to use it one last time before it leaves.  This card couldn't be cuter!!!  I used Flirty Flamingo and Coastal Cabana to stamp the pineapple.  Of course since there are no dies I had to fussy cut it, but it's an easy image to cut.  The DSP is new and coming in the annual catalog, this is from the Brights Color Group DSP.  If you joined during Sale-a-Bration you have this amazing paper.  To mimic the diagonally lines in the DSP I used my Simply Scored and added diagonal lines to the Flirty Flamingo piece.  

I added some Ribbon and resin dots to finish it.  I added splatter to the pineapple and the card base with my Stampin' Blends.  I love the look that splattering brings to it.  Sometimes that's all you need to complete a card.  I have a full supply list below.  You can get these items in my Online Store.

Retiring Spotlight-Waterfront

 This week I'm sharing some favorites that are retiring!  I've searched my blog and found lost of amazing projects to share.  Today I'm featuring the Waterfront Set.  This amazing set is only $17 and will retire in just a month.  Don't wait to grab this one.  It's so versatile!  

This is the ideal set for making amazing landscapes and mountain scenes. I love the simple images that can duplicate for different things.  It's so easy to build a gorgeous card with this set!

It's not just for landscapes though.  I used it here to make a city skyline.  Take those landscape pieces and turn them vertically and you have an amazing landscape!  I used a white gel pen to add the windows to each building.  So pretty!!

Art Gallery Box In A Bag-Video

I'm never sure what to call this cute box. Is it a box? Is it a bag? Is it a box in a bag?  Whatever you call it it's cute!  These have been some of my go to boxes for years. They're sooooo easy to make, you can customize them to any size you need and you can decorate them to fit any occasion.  

Today I'm using the Art Gallery Bundle from the Mini Catalog.  It's a gorgeous bundle!  I'm also using the Fine Art Floral DSP and the Fine Art Ribbon from the Suite in the Mini.  These products work so beautifully together.  So what's the deal with this box...bag?  Well the bottom is a box, that's your base.  Then you just wrap some DSP around it so it's square on the bottom and it tapers up into a gift bag.  So cute!!!  

The bottom is a box, the top is a bag, call it whatever you want.  I added a tiny mini card to mine, that leaves a little room to write a message.  You could just make it into a tag if you didn't want to do a card.  You can fit any number of things in here.  I have a little bottle of lotion in mine but lots of treats would work well too.  

To make the box you'll need a piece of cardstock that is 3" x  3", score at 1" on all sides.

The DSP is 5" x  5"

The card is 6" x 1 3/4" score long side at 3", the DSP for the card is 1 5/8" x 3 1/4"

Join me in my Wanna Get Away Class! You'll enjoy a couple hours away in a fun crafty space creating 5 amazing cards! We'll use some retiring stamp sets, some carry over sets and one with a sneak peek set coming in the new Annual Catalog in May!!!! You won't want to miss this amazing class. RSVP is required. Safety Procedures:

Per NM health order masks must be worn.

Doors will be open to allow for ventilation. (It is winter, I know. Typically that building gets a lot of solar heat in the morning and hopefully it will be a warm day!).

There are two sinks available for hand washing.

Hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes will be on hand as well.
