Fluffiest Friends Bundle Honey Buns Box-VIDEO

The set is completely adorable!  This bear is just one of the awesome images in it!  The set doesn't have any greetings so I used a greeting from the Wonderful Thoughts Set.  I stamped it and trimmed it into three strips.  I just LOVE it!  I used some of the DSP from the Fresh As A Daisy package and the Gorgeous Gingham package.  Both in the Annual Catalog.  

Of course when coloring this guy I opted for Stampin' Blends, my favorite way to color!  I die cut some grass from Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock and added some daisies in the grass from the Loose Daisy Embellishments.  It completes this box so beautifully!!

Holidays Are Coming In Person Class

Over the weekend I held my October in person class.  This month was holiday themed so we made lots of fall and Christmas themed cards!  

I don't have supply lists or measurements for my cards that is a perk reserved for guests of my classes.  If you're local in the Albuquerque, NM area and want to attend a class contact me for details.  

The first card uses the fun Cheers To The Season Stamp Set.  This one is so cute and I love the detail that you get when you stamp the images. 

The next one is a gorgeous Christmas card that is quick and simply to make but so stunning!  We used the Night Divine Set for the greeting and Winter Meadow DSP. 

My guests are all local to the Albuquerque area and lots have asked me about using this amazing Above It All Set!  We have a great tram that goes up our Sandia Mountains here and this sweet set is the perfect match for it!  

The Autumn Leaves Bundle is stunning and we had to make a card with it!  Can we talk about how gorgeous the Boho Blue, Petal Pink and Pecan Pie Color Combo is!  Yes please!! 

Finally, we had one last Christmas card that featured products from the Merry, Bold and Bright Suite!  Love this card, another one that would be perfect to mass produce!

Twelve Weeks Of Christmas Week 3-Merry & Bright Fun Fold Card-VIDEO

It's week three of the Twelve Weeks Of Christmas Countdown!  Today I'm sharing a fun fold card that everyone will love!  It's bright, festive and fun!  Get the kids involved in making this one!  It's perfect to stand up on a mantle, desk or table.  I received a card with this fold in a card swap I participated in recently.  I was so inspired I made my own version!  

There is plenty of room to write a message on the back of the card so you can utilize the entire front of festive fun!  I paired up the Merry and Bright Bundle with the Merry, Bold and Bright DSP from the suite and some of our Silver Foil which is an Online Only product.  They all work beautifully together!

I did some simple ink blending on my bulbs.  This is an easy way to make them shine even more!  I used two colors of ink for each bulb.  I inked up the bulb in the lighter color first then I used a Blending Brush in the darker color and added a little highlight along one side.  This makes the bulbs look like they're really shining!  For my color combos I used Melon Mambo/Poppy Parade, Lemon Lime Twist/Granny Apple Green, Pool Party/Blueberry Bushel, Daffodil Delight/Pumpkin Pie.

Winter Meadow DSP Fun Fold

I have a great fun fold for you!  It's easy, it's quick and you can make it with ANY DSP in your stash.  Today I'm using the Winter Meadow DSP.  The patterns in this DSP are gorgeous!  I choose the bolder side to be the front of my card but used a smaller coordinating piece to accent the front and highlight the greeting a little.  

I'm using the Autumn Leaves Bundle for my greeting and my label.  Again this is a great card to customize to what you have.  Use DSP you have, use greetings you have, use dies you have.  When making a stack of cards in a short amount of time I love to use my stock pile of DSP, I bet you have a similar stack LOL.  

I made a bunch of these cards with lots of different patterns of DSP.  I love this fun fold because when you open the DSP front, there's a smaller cardstock panel inside to open too.  It makes it really fancy.  I didn't do anything to mine but you could use that panel as an opportunity to stamp something, add more DSP or an embellishment.  

The DSP is score at 1/2" on the left side and adhered under the Basic White layer inside.  It's an easy peasy card!  I finished all my cards with a swoop of Iridescent Ribbon and some sequins.  So pretty!!!

Trucking Along Smiles

I have an adorable card to share.  As I'm typing this the Trucking Along Bundle is still available in my Online Store.  This bundle is part of our Online Exclusives Collection, those products are available while supplies last.  If it's still in my store, grab it quick!  This card is so adorable and while it doesn't use the punch the punch is essential for other projects.  I made a backgroud of cute trucks for this card.  

I used Parakeet Party, Tahitian Tide and Sweet Sorbet Inks for my truck.  I stamped the line image of the truck in on my background, then went in and stamped the solid truck stamp in the coordinating color but stamped off first.  This gives a great tone on tone look but the body of the truck is slightly lighter so you still get all the amazing details of the line image stamp.  I have a full supply list below. Layering Leaves Milano Cookies Milk Carton Style Box-VIDEO

I have a gorgeous box to share with you today.  I'm loving Moody Mauve for autumn projects but I wanted to soften it a little so I pulled in some Bubble Bath and Basic Gray and we have the most gorgeous color combo!  I'm so smitten with it!  One of my favorite new sets in the Annual Catalog is the Layering Leaves Set and I've been waiting for fall to use this set!  But don't be fooled this is a year round set!  Use it for the spring, summer and yes even the winter simply by changing the colors.  Stunning!  

For this box I wanted to do a milk carton style box.  It's been a while since I made one.  I think they're so much fun!  I used a close pin with some ribbon to hold it closed.  You could use any cute clip or simply add a Glue Dot or two to hold it closed.  

My DSP is Christmas DSP from the Mini Catalog.  This is the Winter Meadow DSP.  It's currently out of stock right now but it's scheduled to be back next week, sometimes products arrive early so keep checking if this is on your wishlist.  I finished my box with some Moody Mauve Ribbon and some In Color Dots.  LOVE this!  Inside my box are some Milano Cookies.  My husband found a big box of them packaged individually at Costco.  I'm pretty sure I've seen them in my local Walmart.  The finished box size is 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 1 1/4" so lots of treats will fit in it!

Beary Cute Christmas

I have another adorable card featuring the Beary Cute Bundle.  If you missed yesterdays project make sure you check it out.  It also features this adorable bundle for a cute box.  Today I'm using lots of the same supplies, same bundle same DSP to make a simple card.  This is a good one to mass produce and it's soooo cute!  I used a combination of Basic Whtie and Very Vanilla.  The Very Vanilla is in the DSP and stamping the bears on Basic White really makes them pop! 

I love the DSP, this fun sweater like paper is perfect for that warm and cozy card.  The bears will have to be fussy cut, but if you didn't want to fussy cut them both you could substitute one for the bear that coordinates with the punch.  I finished it with some baker's twine and a little sparkle from some sequins.

Twelve Weeks Of Christmas Week 2-Beary Cute Ice Breaker Matchbox-VIDEO

It's week 2 of my Twelve Weeks of Christmas Series!  Today I'm bringing the cuteness with this adorable box!  I'm using the Beary Cute Bundle from the Mini Catalog and the coordinating Beary Christmas DSP.  Both are sooooo cute!!!  The DSP is currently out of stock but is scheduled to be back in stock next week.  Sometimes things arrive early so keep a look out for it.  Today I'm making a matchbox style box for our treat.  This is an easy and quick box, and if you're making a bunch of stocking stuffers this is the way to go!  

I used Balmy Blue, Night of Navy and pops of Sweet Sorbet for my color combo.  These colors coordinate perfectly with my treat.  I love when I can coordinate everything!  I stamped the bears in Memento Black and added Sweet Sorbet scarfs and hats.  The punch will punch out the larger bear but everything else will need to be fussy cut.  Don't worry these images are quick to cut out.  

I added lots of extra elements with some Sparkle Gems, In Color Twine and an embossed tag.  My greeting is from the Merry and Bright Set.  The Beary Cute Set has some adorable greetings but none of them were the right size for this project.  I love the greetings in the Merry and Bright Set.  They'll be a great go to for every Christmas project on your list this year.

Trim your DSP!

• Choose two pieces of DSP that will feature the photo realistic side, note a directional pattern.  
• Trim the DSP to 5 1/2" 
• Rotate and cut in half at 3"
• You should have 4 pieces that 5 1/2" x 3"
• With the other two pieces of DSP 
• Trim to 5"
• Rotate and cut 1 1/2" three times, you should have 6 pieces that are 5" x 1 1/2"
• With the remaining 5" x 1 1/2" piece cut in half at 3/4", you should have 4 pieces that are 5" x 3/4"

I used two stamp sets for my cards: Autumn Leaves and Throughout The Year.  

I used Moody Mauve, Early Espresso and Copper Clay Ink on mine.  Feel free to use any colors you like! 

If you choose, you can emboss the two pieces of Very Vanilla 5 1/4" x 4" with an embossing folder of your choice.
