This card was so quick and easy, and look how cute that scallop medallion is. To make it just cut a 3x3 square and use your scallop border punch, BUT instead of going around the border just punch in the center of each side and you'll get a wonderful punched image. The greeting on this card is from the Season of Cheer rubons in SU's holiday mini catalog. It's perfect for this card.
