Consume Cookies

Today's card is so cute! Cute enough to eat! Seriously, after stamping these I had a huge a craving for some chocolate chip cookies, especially fresh from the oven. Is there any better way to enjoy a cookie? I pulled out my Nothing's Better Than Bundle to make this set. The stamps and dies will carry into the new Annual Catalog but the bundle price will not. It's soooo cute and the greetings are on point. I got this set specifically for the 'because adulting is hard' greeting. So much truth. Sometimes we just need a cookie....or 5.....

The cookies were stamped with a Crumb Cake, Soft Suede combo. The detail was stamped in Soft Suede while the solid image was stamped in Crumb Cake that was stamped off once. I paired the cookies with bright fun colors. I went with Mango Melody and Pacific Point. To make the cookies really pop I used one of my Blending Brushes to add some color to a Basic White piece of cardstock then I used my Pacific Point Stampin' Write Marker to add some splatter. I also added some Mango Melody Splatter to my card base with my Mango Melody Stampin' Blends. The 'cookies' greeting is die cut with an adhesive sheet on the back. If you get this bundle save yourself some time and get the adhesive sheets too. The greeting will become a sticker and you'll thank yourself for all the time saved later. To finish the card I covered the 'cookies' die cut with some Shimmery Crystal Effects. This is an optional step but when given the opportunity to add sparkle always add sparkle.
