I have not one but two gorgeous cards to share today! I'm featuring the Beautiful Butterflies Bundle in the Mini Catalog. The dies are currently unavailable for purchase-they should be back in stock by the end of the month. This bundle is stunning and it's a hybrid bundle so you get the stamps, dies and the embossing folder with the bundle. The dies are specifically made to fit in the embossing folder and cut and emboss at the same time. I didn't use the embossing folder for today's card but watch for it soon!
The cards I'm sharing today are identical, but use different colors and DSP's. I wanted to show how easy it was to get a completely different feel to the same card simply by switching the colors. The Daffodil Delight card is bright and fun while the Moody Mauve card is regal and elegant.
The butterflies are die cut into the card base so they represent the top flap, then there's a DSP layer for the second layer of the double front flap card. The DSP on the Daffodil Delight card is the Floral Delight DSP from the Mini Catalog. I paired up the Daffodil Delight with other colors from the DSP, I used Lemon Lolly, Peach Pie and Pumpkin Pie. What a gorgeous color combo!
Inside I added some more stamping. I love that the opposite side of the DSP is just as pretty as the front, making the inside beautiful too!
For my Moody Mauve card I kept everything the same and simply changed colors and embellishments. For this card I used Moody Mauve, Pebbled Path, Boho Blue and Blackberry Bliss for my butterfly. What a stunning combo!
The DSP is from the Wildly Flowering Pack in the Annual Catalog. Grab this one it's so stunning!!
