Today's card is a stunner! I'm completely smitten with it! I'm using the new Mixed Florals Set, it comes in a bundle so make sure you grab the dies too-you'll want them! The Mixed Florals Bundle is part of the new Online Exclusive release. My greeting and dies are from the Mixed Labels Bundle, also part of the Online Exclusive release. They're made to work perfectly together. The florals are gorgeous but I wanted to come up with some simple coloring options in case you don't like to color or simply don't have time to sit down and color a huge image. Instead of coloring all the details I used my Watercolor Pencils to highlight areas.
I stamped my image in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it in white on Gorgeous Grape Cardstock. Then I took my Gorgeous Grape and White Watercolor Pencil and added shading to the tulips. I added a little shading to few leaves but not all of them. I wanted it to look organic and not intentional. I didn't shade the whole flower, I made sure to leave some spots open for more of that organic feel. I used my Watercolor Pencils simply as colored pencils meaning I didn't use a Water Painter or Blender Pen to smooth out the image. Doing that would have muted the white color and I wanted to keep it as vibrant as possible.
To add pops of color to my card I brought in Granny Apple Green and the green sheet of the new Pastel Ombre Glimmer Paper. I stamped and heat embossed in gold on the glimmer paper making it feel even more special. To keep with the gold, I heat embossed the greeting in gold and added some of the Twisted Gold Twine to round everything out.

I love the look of the white embossing on the vibrant purple cardstock--stunning! And the watercolor pencil highlights look great too!
