Valentine's Treat Boxes-VIDEO

If you're in the need for some cute Valentine treat ideas I have some good ones for you today.  I shared these in my weekly Facebook Live Video.  You can check out the replay below as well as a list of supplies to make these projects.  This first one is a box that opens like a pizza box.  These boxes are easy to make and you can make a lot of them quickly so they're great to have on hand.  

I fit 2 Reece's hearts in mine but it's large enough for lots of treats.  To make it you'll need a piece of cardstock that is 9 1/2" x 5 1/4".  On the long side score at 1", 4 1/4", 5 1/4" and 8 1/2".  On the short side score at 1" and 4 1/4".  The DSP pieces are 4 1/2" x 1/2", and two pieces that are 4 1/2" x 1".

The next one is my favorite.  It's simple super cute and you can make a ton in no time!  I love that it opens like a little matchbook and the candy is stapled into the holder so it's nice and secure.  To make it you'll need a piece of cardstock that is 7 1/4" x 2".  On the long side score at 3/4", 3 3/4" and 4 1/4".  The DSP pieces are 1 3/4"x 1/2" and 1 3/4" x 2 3/4".  Check out the video below for all the details on these adorable treat holders!

Stand Up Panel Card

I have a really fun card for you today, it's a fun fold and a fun twist on sending just a regular card to your friends and family.  This is fun Stand Up Panel Card.  Don't let this fun fold intimidate you, it's really easier than you think!  I'm using the amazing Ladybug Stamp Set on mine.  This is a set you can only get free during Sale-a-Bration with a $300 order.  You can combine some orders with some of your friends to get to that $300 threshold.  Contact me today and we can set up a plan to get you that stamp set!  I'm also using the Best Dressed DSP-LOVE and some new dies coming in February, like a Ladybug die set!!!  Who doesn't love that!!!?!

For the card you'll need two pieces the base (Purple Posy) and an additional front panel piece (Mint Macaron).  The base-4 1/4"x8 3/8". On long side score at 3/8", 1 3/8", 2 7/8", 3 7/8".  Add adhesive to the 3/8" tab and fold up to form a shape that looks like a d.  Front panel-3"x4 7/8". On long side score at 3/8" and 1 3/8".  Add adhesive to the 3/8" piece on the front and the back of the bottom of the largest area.  The 3/8" tab will fold back to adhere on the card base and the biggest bottom piece will adhere to the front of the base.  You can see how it goes together in the picture.  It's really easy and so fun!!!  Supplies are listed below.

Fringed Lion For Valentine's

I have a super cute project to share today and it's quick and easy if you need to make a bunch for a class or coworkers.  I started with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and cut two of the largest rectangle.  Score bottoms at 1".  Use the Classic Label Punch to punch the top for handles.  You'll need two pieces for the sides each 1 1/4" x 2" on long side score at 1/2" and 1 1/2".  On the Scalloped Rectangles fold on the score line and adhere the pieces together, making a U shape.  Use the two side pieces, fold on the score lines and adhere to the front and back on either side.  

I fit 2 Reeces Peanut Butter Cup hearts in my box.  For the lion from Bonanza Buddies I stamped his mane three times and cut slits around it making it fringed.  Stack the three together for a fuller look.  I love this quick technique. So Sentimental and Lily Impressions

I wasn't initially sold on the Lily Dies but after using them on a few projects I LOVE them!!!  The Lily Dies are a free Sale-a-Bration item you can choose with a $100 order. How stinkin' cute is this card!!!!?  I simply love it.  I made this card way back in December it was one of the first cards I made with products from the new Mini Catalog.  I made it before I knew about dies for this set.  Yep! That's right there are dies coming in February that will coordinate with this set. But since I didn't know all that I spent a lot of time fussy cutting balloons and yes even the cute racoon.  Supplies for this cards are listed below.

This is a two step stamp set so the racoon and the details of the racoon are stamped separately giving you all that incredible detail.  The tag is from the Bonanza Buddies dies and I used some Stampin' Blends to make the scene behind him.  I used Mint Macaron for the grass and Pool Party for the sky.  I made my racoon hold the biggest assortment of balloons.  I just love everything about this card!

Pryamid Card With Witty-Cisms

These pryamid cards are sooo cute! I shared how to make them on a Facebook Live last week.  You can check out that post and video here.  I have a couple more examples to share with you.  I think I'm addicted to making these cards.  As I mentioned in the video, I learned how to make these pryamid cards from Rachel Tessman.  You can see her video here.

For these two cards I pulled out my Witty-Cisms set.  You *NEED* this set.  It's one of my favorites!  For both cards I paired it up with some Brights DSP and some Neutrals DSP.  I love that the patterns are the same and will coordinate so perfectly with each other!

As mentioned in the video the cards stand simply by tucking corner into a slot on the back.  So cleaver.  I'll link the video again here.  Just in case you missed it above ;)

I used my Stampin' Blends to color both images and paired up the Metallic Twine and Sequins from the Sale-a-Bration brochure on both of them.  I'm really loving the twine and sequins.  They're a great free option!  Supplies are listed below.

Bonanza Buddies

I can't get enough of these cute Bonanza Buddies!  The entire Suite is a must have!  These are the cutest little critters ever!!!  This birthday card shows them off so well!  Plus since there's coordinating dies you don't need to worry about the dreaded 'fussy cut!'.  The dies also include that super cute stitched tag on the card.  That tag will work with so many other products it's so versatile! I stamped and die cut everything using the Bonanza Buddies Bundle.  I also grabbed my Stitched Rectangles Dies to make that cute frame around them.  Finally for a finished touch I used the new Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon.  I tied it off with some White Baker's Twine that I colored black with my Basic Black Stampin' Blends, don't forget to grab those when you need to alter an accessory!

Rainbow Golden Honey

The Golden Honey DSP is a great option for your free Sale-a-Bration choice.  You can use it in so many ways.  I love that DSP is black and white so it coordinates with everything!  But I also love the gold foiling on it.  I wanted to make my DSP rainbow DSP so I grabbed some blends and started coloring!  I used the small hexagon pattern with the gold accents for these cards.  I added a simple greeting to both of them using the Happy Birthday To You Stamp Set.  Another great Sale-a-Bration Freebie!

Pyramid Card-Video

I have the cutest cards to share today!!!  I love this card so much and it's so easy to make.  It's such a cool card and I promise anyone you send it to will be impressed with this card.  I learned how to make this card from Rachel Tessman who shared a version made with the December Paper Pumpkin.

These card do fit into a standard size card envelope if you position everything correctly.  My first couple that I made I made the mistake of putting them on the wrong panel.   Check out my video where I show you what not to do.  So you can be successful every time!

The DSP on all of the cards is from the Best Dressed package.  It's a beautiful package of floral DSP that I simply LOVE!  You can find a full supply list under the video.

The card stands simply by inserting the last corner into a slit we'll make in the card.  Isn't that awesome!  You could also use Velcro or small magnets to hold it closed as well.

Measurements:

• 3 pieces of 4"x4" Cardstock Score Diagonally
• 3 Triangle pieces (3 3/4" x 3 3/4" square cut in half diagonally)
• Create slit in one square.  Place one square at 1 3/4" on Paper Trimmer with score line going from bottom left to top right. Cut slit about 1/2" from bottom to score line.

Bermuda Bay Poppies

If you haven't checked out the Peaceful Moments Bundle in the new Mini Catalog you need to!  It's amazing and one of my favorites!  This is one of my most favorite cards that I've made with it.  I love this card!  There's so many layers and so many products combined that all work so beautifully together!   All supplies used are listed below.  The greeting on this card isn't from the Peaceful Moments stamp set but any of those greetings would work.  This greeting is from the So Sentimental Stamp Set.  Both are excellent greeting options!

There's so much to love about these dies.  I hope you give them a try! I layered mine up in Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay and Basic Black.  The leaves are Old Olive and Mossy Meadow.  Such a gorgeous color combo!

Sweet Friend

Team Sale-a-bration Kick Off

On Saturday I hosted a Sale-a-Bration Kick Off event for my team.  I love getting together with my team and getting to know them better, spending time with them and of course stamping! They got to make 4 make and takes. The first was this super cute card box.

Spring Mini and Sale-a-bration Kick Off Class

The next card is so fun!  There's so much new stuff on this card!  The Lily Impressions DSP is a show stopper for sure!  But you can't miss the amazing So Sentimental Bundle.  These are amazing greetings with fun stitched dies.  LOVE! Of course there's the beautiful Seam Binding ribbon.

The Happy Birthday To You set is going to get a LOT of use!  I LOVE this beautiful cake.  This is a set you can only earn free during Sale-a-Bration.  We gold embossed it and simply colored in the flowers.  I love how fun and simple this is!

The Painted Poppies set is a MUST HAVE!  I can't stop using it!!!  This card is so pretty in Highland Heather and Mint Macaron.  I want to make a stack of these in every color!  The greeting is from the Peaceful Moments set.  I've used this set a ton in just a few weeks!

This just might be my most favorite card from the class.  I LOVE this pineapple!  OMG!  This card is just so much fun.  I love the colors, I love the greeting I love it all!!!  Get the Timeless Tropical bundle TODAY!

Finally, last but not least.  This was the last card I designed for this class but it's one of my favorites!  I had to pull of the Painted Poppies stamp set again! It's gorgeous! But I think the thing I love most on this card is the embossed background using the Stone Embossing Folder.  You can only get it free as a Sale-a-Bration level 2 item as part of the Power of Hope Bundle.  But it's amazing!  My favorite!!! I used a sentiment from So Sentimental for this card.
