Friendly Dolphins

How adorable is this sweet card?!  The dolphins in the Friendly Fins Bundle are so sweet and the incredible dies lend for some amazing backgrounds.  I can't get enough of that cute lobster!  Ha!  The dies are doing a lot of the heavy lifting on this card as they create the bulk of the scene.  I die cut them in a variety of papers, including the Pretty In Pink Glimmer Paper from the In Color Glimmer Paper.  LOVE!!!  I used the Full of Life DSP for a beautiful, bright summer color palette.  Finally to finish things off I added Wink Of Stella to my dolphins because why not!?  Such a fun card!

Citrus Blooms Hand Sanitizer Box-VIDEO!!

Hello!  Today is an exciting day!  It's a FREE SHIPPING DAY!  Order today, July 23, 2024 in my Online Store and all overs over $75 will receive FREE SHIPPING!  Yay!!!  To celebrate free shipping, I'm sharing this adorable hand sanitizer box.  I found a couple of citrus themed hand sanitizers at Bath and Body Works last week and I immediately thought of our Citrus Blooms Bundle and Mediterranean Blooms DSP.  They coordinate perfectly.  If you don't have a Bath and Body near you, I found them on their website in the Coastal Getaway Set here. Of course this fun hand sanitizer box will be perfect for so many different flavors too.  Save this one and make it for lots of different occasions.

I heat embossed everything on my box. Check out that greeting-I didn't use my Embossing Buddy in my Embossing Additions Kit and you can tell.  There's lots of speckling.  Use that Embossing Buddy!  I used the white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powder for the greeting and I used gold embossing powder from the Metallics Embossing Powder for the rest of the pieces.  I embossed the image 3 times, once each on Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie.  I die cut the Granny Apple Green piece with the coordinating die, then fussy cut the flowers and orange and 'paper pieced' them onto the Granny Apple Green piece.  This is a fun way to add color without coloring.

My hand sanitizer fits in a little tag cut out inside the box.  I used the new Greetings of the Season Dies from the Online Exclusives.  This is an amazing tag set to get.  It's sooo good for sooo many projects.

I used Stampin' Blends to color my peas, the colors are listed below in the supply list.  I used three different DSP's on this card. The Country Woods, the 2024-2026 In Color Stack and the Unbounded Beauty.  I love the softness of the Unbounded Beauty and the rustic charm of the Country Woods. The basic stripe from the In Color pack brings them together.

Greetings Of The Season Tag Box-VIDEO

Our new Online Exclusive Launch this month features LOTS of products for the holidays.  If you enjoy crafting ahead of time make sure you check out this amazing release!  Today I'm sharing a few products from the Online Exclusive Launch.  I'm using the Greetings Of The Season Bundle.  This amazing bundle features gorgeous greetings that you can use for all of your holiday crafting.  But the real star of this bundle is the incredible tag dies.  I'm using one of the larger tags to make a box today.  This box will hold lots of sweet treats, a gift card, small gifts and more!  Not ready to craft for Christmas??  No problem, switch the DSP and greetings and you have an all occasion box ready to go!

stampin up, greetings of the season

My box itself is Cherry Cobbler Cardstock with the die cut tags on either side.  This is a quick and easy box to assemble.  I tied up my tags with some Pecan Pie Center Striped Ribbon that I colored with my Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends to coordinate better.  Coloring your embellishments with Stampin' Blends is a great way get coordinating colors, but beware coloring may fray your tips on your Stampin' Blends.  I used a combination of inks for my greeting, Cherry Cobbler and VersaMark heat embossed with white embossing powder.  We have brand new embossing powders make sure you check them out in my Online Store.

Cards For Guys July In Person Class

Over the weekend I held my July in person class.  If you're local in the Albuquerque, NM area I'd love for you to attend a class.  We have lots of fun.  My guests get to make five cards, if you place an order prior/at/after to the class you get a bonus 6th card.  So I have 6 amazing cards to share.  All the cards this month are designed for guys, but anyone would love these cards! I don't have a supply list or measurements that's a perk reserved for my guests at my class.

My first card features the Trusty Tools Stamp Set and Trusty Tools Dies.  This is an awesome set of products to grab when you need a masculine card.  I love this color combo too-Misty Moonlight, Early Espresso and Daffodil Delight.

The next card uses the Saying Hey Stamp Set.  I have loved using this stamp set.  The greetings are so much fun!  This card is a fun variation of a gate fold card.  Basic Beige is another new product I'm loving.  It pairs so well with Pretty Peacock.

I've shared a lot of projects featuring the Sweet Peas Set, I'll have LOTS more in August too.  So if you haven't grabbed this one yet make sure you do soon! It's so adorable.  We did simple coloring with Stampin' Blends on this one and used two different DSP packs to add details to the card.

While it's only July I wanted to pull in our new Online Exclusives line with this adorable autumn card.  The Scenic Pumpkin Patch Set is so great!  It will be perfect for all those harvest/fall cards!  It's never too early to start stocking up!

The Tune In Bundle is another one that I've been reaching for a lot lately.  This fun retro color combo is perfection!  I used Lost Lagoon, Night of Navy, Peach Pie and Pecan Pie. The TV open for a simple fun fold.

Finally, last but not least, I love showcasing how incredible our DSP is.  This card features the Take To The Sky DSP.  The patterns in here are amazing!  I used the Adventurous Sky Stamp set for the stamping.  The tag is from a new die set from the Online Exclusive release.  The Greetings Of The Season Dies are amazing and definitely not just for Christmas.  I also used these dies on the pumpkin card.

Beach Day Sunset

Today I have a stunner of card for you, the dies are doing all the heavy lifting on this card.  I added an ink blended background to make the dies pop. I'm using the Beach Day Dies.  This is such a great summer, the Beach Day Dies and Stamp Set really lend themselves to incredible summer crafting.  For my background I kept it simple with three colors, Berry Burst, Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight.  I ink blended the background starting with the Daffodil and working my way up ending with Berry Burst.

I die cut my images from Basic Black Cardstock to get that amazing silhouette.  My greeting is from the Beach Day Set.  I used my Basic Black Stampin' Blends to color some of the Iridescent Pearls Black.  I wanted a small embellishment and I love that we can change the color of our embellishments with our Stampin' Blends.  Get any color of pearl you need!  I have a full supply list below.  You can shop for these products in my Online Store.

Diagonal Side Close Mini Andes Mint Box-VIDEO

Welcome back! I have an adorable box to share today!!  This one holds three Andes Mints which are readily available year round.  So this is a great box to keep on hand for a variety of occasions.  I'm using the Adventurous Sky Set and the Take To The Sky DSP on my box for a fun masculine feel to it.  The box was not my original creation.  I was inspired by Julie DiMatteo's box here.  I modified the measurements a little on my end to fit the Andes Mint but followed her instructions for a super cute box!  This box has a fun diagonal closure on the side which makes it super unique and adorable!

stampin up, adventurous sky

Instead of tucking in the flap on my box I left it on the outside and used a belly band to keep the box closed.  Though it looks complicated it's actually simple and fun, and once you get one down you'll make a stack of them in no time!  I have a picture of how to trim up your box below (note the diagram is not the same measurements as this box, it was one of my trials).  But make sure to check out the video for all the details.

Absolutely Ribbeting

I have a sweet project to share with you today!  This one features the Charming Duck Pond Bundle-again I know!  But it's the best!  I'm using just the frogs today, they're so cute!  I stamped them in Memento then used a variety of greens to fill them in.  I used Lemon Lime Twist, Shy Shamrock and Shaded Spruce. I colored the lily pads with Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends.  For my greeting I printed a fun frog pun and just trimmed it out.  I used lots of different DSP patterns from the Lily Pond Lane DSP.  Overall it's a pretty simple card but oh so fun!
