What is a One Sheet Wonder? It's when you take a piece of DSP (or a
handstamped piece) and you cut it up strategically ending up with
multiple pieces to create multiple cards with little or no waste at
all. It's basically a way to use every inch of your DSP without ending
up with piles of scraps. I held a class and we did 4 versions of the
One Sheet Wonder and in total made 13 cards! Pretty amazing right!
Here's layout number two! All the cards use DSP and Cardstock from the
Tutti Frutti Suite in the Occasions Catalog.
There is a little stamping on the cards using the Fruit Basket set but
you could easily adapt these layouts to any DSP and any stamp sets. I love this one with the pineapple DSP cut diagonally!
My diagram of how the DSP was cut is below, you can see how simple and
fun these cards are!!! Of course you could add more layers or stamping
techniques but I love the simplicity of them. These cards would make a
great gift for anyone!
All the DSP is 6"x6" and all measurements are in inches.
Thanks for looking, see you soon!!!!

One Sheet Wonder Layout 1
There are sooo many resources when you're a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I'm fortunate that one of my uplines does amazing online classes! Karen Titus is my 3rd level upline and I love her online classes! One of her recent classes was a One Sheet Wonder class. What is a One Sheet Wonder? It's when you take a piece of DSP (or a handstamped piece) and you cut it up strategically ending up with multiple pieces to create multiple cards with little or no waste at all. At my class my guests received an entire package of the DSP, coordinating Cardstock and sequins for their cards.
All the DSP is 6"x6" and all measurements are in inches.

Sunshine And Rainbows Make and Takes
I loved our make and takes from my downline appreciation event! They used their goodie bags from yesterday's post to make their make and takes. First was this super cute card holder. I love the gold and black together! All those gold pieces are from the gold vinyl stickers!
When you open it up there's two pockets perfect for holding some cards! Soooo cute!!!! This would also make a beautiful design for a wedding invitation and have all the wedding details on the inside. The outside measures 11" x 11 1/4". On the 11" side score at 5 1/2", on the 11 1/4" side score at 6". When you fold it up there is one side that is shorter than the other, this is the side that goes inside to create your pockets. Cut them at angles and you're done!
The two cards that went inside were this adorable rainbow card!!! We used the Stamparatus for this one I had 3 plates and had two arches on each plate, they were all lined up perfectly so you just had to ink and stamp! So pretty!!!
This was our final card, also inspired by Erica Cerwin's PDF tutorial I mentioned yesterday. I love this card! I came out so cute!!! What a great encouragement card to send to anyone!!! It's never too late to join my team and join me at my fall appreciation event! Right now is the BEST time to join! Through the end of the month (HURRY you only have a few days left!) during Sale-a-Bration you can choose two additional stamp sets FREE with your kit! Get those expensive ones you've had your eye on!!! The kit is only $99 and you get to choose $125 in any products YOU want PLUS the two free sets! It's an amazing deal!!! Join my team today!!!

Sunshine And Rainbows Brunch
Over the weekend I held my first Downline Appreciation Event! It was so much fun!! This is an event that I plan to host for my team members twice a year. We'll do a spring one and fall one. The brunch theme was centered around the Sunshine and Rainbows Bundle in the Occasions Catalog. This is one of my favorite bundles!! I shared the invitation I sent to my whole team here. It's never too late to join my team and right now is the BEST time to join!
They were all invited to come enjoy a fun brunch and fellowship and make some pretty fun projects! The tables were decorated of course with rainbows! There were rainbow activities on the table as well as a goody bag for each of them and a full bouquet of flowers!
The flowers were easy to make but a little time consuming but I think they were totally worth it! They came out fantastic! To make each flower I hand cut 8 petals, a rough petal shape is fine, when they're all glued together you'll never notice minor imperfections. I used some hot glue to adhere all 8 petals together and some glitter hot glue to add to the centers of each flower. So pretty!!!!
Everyone's goody bag had supplies in it that they needed for their make and takes. They had the Painted Love Gold Vinyl Stickers, a whole roll of the Whisper White Organza Ribbon and package of the Metallic Enamel Shapes. They had plenty to take home for other projects! They were all packaged in our 6"x17" Gusseted Cello Bags and filled with the Sweet Soiree Ready Shreddie. I make a quick tag using the Apron of Love set. So cute!!!!
To eat, we enjoyed rainbow waffles with lots of topping options! There was maple syrup, homemade strawberry jam, pecans, whip cream, berries and bananas! We also had yummy sausage and yogurt too.
I'll share the make and takes tomorrow! But we all had the opportunity to use the AMAZING Stamparatus! to make one of the cards! I LOVE that tool!!! Check back tomorrow for all the amazing make and takes!!!
For my team members who aren't local or weren't able to attend. I offered an appreciation to go kit, which included basically everything except the food. I'll mail it to them to enjoy! I also had gifts for everyone to take home, there were these fun rainbow lollipops as well as....
... these super cute rainbow colored unicorn boxes. I had a little help in planning this event. Erica Cerwin has PDF classes on her blog. I saw the Sunshine and Rainbows one and had to get that one for my event! If you're interested in learning how to make these gifts you can check out Erica's PDF here. It was a great event! I'm so excited for the next one! Join my team today and join me in the fall at my next appreciation event!

Garden Girl Easter Baskets
These adorable mini Easter Baskets are so perfect to hand out to friends, family coworkers or anyone! These are not my original design. I saw Erica make these on a Facebook live a few weeks ago. You can see her video here. I used the Garden Girl set in the Annual Catalog for the little bunny, the greeting is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
My basket started with a 4 1/2" square for my basket and scored at 1 1/2" on both sides for mine. In Erica's video she used a 6 " x 6" piece and scored at 2 " and 4" so her basket is slightly larger. I wanted to get two baskets per sheet of cardstock. Such a cute basket and perfect for Easter treats!
Thanks for looking, see you soon!!!!
PS This post is my 2500 blog post! Whoa!!! That's a LOT!!

Occasions Class
Last week I had a class all about cards we all need for special occasions, weddings, babies and yes sympathy cards. I love all the cards we made at my class. This is the first sympathy card. I love the Copper Embossing and the pairing of Emerald Envy and Flirty Flamingo.
Next up is a weeding card. The white embossed rose is perfect for wedding. I had a variety of greetings out so that if my guests didn't need a wedding card they could change it to an elegant thank you or friend card.
High Tide set in the Annual Catalog is definitely my go to set for encouragement greetings. I love the images and all the greetings. This simple card is easy to pull together last minute when we need those special cards.
Finally our baby card. I didn't want to use a specific baby stamp set because I know a lot of us maybe don't have an expecting friend or family member right now. This fun card could be used for a variety of occasions.

Waterfront Three Ways
The Waterfront stamp set from the Occasions catalog is so popular. If you search for this stamp set on Pintrest you will never ever find the bottom of that page. There. Are. So. Many. Samples. Every one of them is gorgeous! This stamp set makes it so easy to create beautiful cards! This first card I only used 2 ink colors, not counting the black for the greeting. I used Smoky Slate and Soft Sky. So pretty!
This next card is a beautiful beach scene! If you're somewhere looking at snow this might be just what you need! I love the little palm trees in this set! I love the sketchy look to the stamps, it makes it look like the image is watercolored!
The final card is a city scape. This was not my original idea, I've seen lots of different versions of this card all over Facebook and Pintrest. I don't know who the original creator is. I love this card! I used glossy cardstock for some added shine and stamped in Black Archival ink. After the ink was good and dry I inked over the top of it with some Poweder Pink, Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Burst. I love blending colors on glossy cardstock because they blend soooo easily! For a final touch to the buildings I added some lights to them with a white gel pen.

Eclectic Expressions Three Ways
There's just over two weeks left of Sale-a-Bration and if you haven't gotten this set yet, make sure you earn it free before it's gone! Eclectic Expressions is so much fun to play with and it makes some amazing backgrounds and cards! I love this first card! I used it as a make and take and a workshop I did recently. This card could easily be customized to any color combo or any occasion! I love the sequin trim added on the side.
This card is a great example of 2nd, 3rd, etc generation stamping. For each column I only inked up the stamp once and stamped the top one first, then without reinking I went down the column stamping over and over so the circles got lighter and lighter. For the smaller circle I inked it up every time for that pop of color. I love how the circles gradually get lighter in color! You could do this with any colors, I used Berry Burst. Darker colors will work better as they'll last through more generations of stamping.
I'm so in love with the circles from this set! I used 3 different colors and over lapped them over and over. I used Tempting Turquoise, Island Indigo and Bermuda Bay. I added some vellum over the top so that the pattern wouldn't over take the card. I love how the vellum softens any background! There is so much you can do with this set! Don't miss out on getting it!

Truly Tailored Three Ways
I hear all the time 'I struggle with masculine cards', 'I need masculine card ideas', 'I never have masculine cards on hand'. The Truly Tailored bundle is probably the best bundle for masculine cards! The greetings are fun and classy, the paper is amazing and perfect for any guy!!! Plus there's a coordinating punch which really makes everything better!
I love all the patterns on the DSP. Especially the glasses and bow ties, they're by far my favorite! I love how easily you can use this punch to create backgrounds and it all fits together perfectly!
There's so many more images and greetings in this set. I can't wait to play with this card more. I love this card. I took an 4 1/4" x 11" piece of cardstock and scored it at 4" and 9 1/2". The shorter end I embossed with the stripe embossing folder.
It tucks under the label to make a fun fold card. So fun!!!! Who wouldn't love this card!
