A Rose With a Chocolate Center!

I know I promised meeting highlight today, but the weekend kind of got away from me---in a good way!  I had 2 workshops this weekend, both went great and my hostess earned LOTS of free stuff!  And since I had 2 workshops, my swaps from the meeting were thrown into my swap basket to take to the workshops.  So I didn't get a chance to take a picture of them over the weekend but I'll do that today :)  I did however manage to clean my desk and put AWAY my stamp sets--FINALLY!  And I had a couple minutes to take a picture of this fabulous project!

This was the project I got to take home on Thursday after the demos.  Michelle demoed this project and I went after her so I got to take it home!  Yay!  I just loved this project!  Can you guess what it is, well a rose obviously but inside is a Cadbury Easter Egg!!!!  Oh my goodness, how stinkin' cute is that!  So needless to say I was so happy to receive it!
Isn't it beautiful.  I figured I'd better show you the one Michelle made because when I make mine, I don't think they'll come out as beautiful.  She used the Ornament Punch and broke the fibers in them by running it through the crimper, then she separated them to get the faux suede look and then glued them around the Cadbury Egg.
I just love it, and the crimped look and the faux suede just make it look even better!
Here's on in progress that she let me take home.  Can't wait to finish it!

Thanks so much Michelle!!!  All the demo's at the meeting were fabulous, I wish I could have taken them all home with me!  The swaps were great too and I'll have those up tomorrow.

Thanks for looking, see you soon!!!

It Smells Good....

...Well isn't that an intriguing title :)  I have a quick post today, I wanted to show you what I demoed at our demonstrator meeting last night, and I couldn't be more in love with this little project if I tried :)

I saw some little potpourri pouches floating around blogs and I just HAD to make them!!!  I used the Springtime Vintage Fabric from the mini catalog (don't you just love the fabric?)  I used my large scallop square die and cut out 2 squares.  Then you sew around but leave an opening to drop in some potpourri, I used a lavender mixture---ahhh!  Sew the rest up and you're technically done.  IF you want to jazz it up a little the flower is super duper easy to make!!
For the flower I used my Circles #2 die, the 2 largest circles.  I cut 6 circles out, 1 of each of the 3 fabrics in 2 sizes.  Then I just layered the circles on top of each other, no sewing, no gluing just layering.  As I grabbed the next flower to lay on top I grabbed it by the center and scrunched it, or folded it a little.  Once I had all 6 layers down and stuck a brad through the center to hold it all together and your done!  I stuck some seam binding on it too.  Use a glue gun to attach your flower and you have the most perfect little gift!  Isn't is just so cute!
I just love it!

I should have the meeting highlights up on Monday.  I have 2 workshops this weekend that I'm just super excited for.  It's gonna be a jam packed Stampin' weekend for me-hope it is for you too!!!

Thanks for looking, see you soon!!!

Easter Wishes

It seems like it was just last week when I was talking about going to our January Demonstrator meeting, but here we are again in February and tonight is our monthly meeting.  I feel like I've been on overdrive this week and sad to say that there's lots around the house that has been neglected.  My stamp room desk is in desperate need of a good thorough cleaning.  YIKES it's a mess.  I don't even have stamp sets put away and I've run out of room on my desk so now they're piling up on the floor and filing cabinet.

Normally I keep a couple stamp sets on my filing cabinet, the one's I'm currently working with, but this is getting out of hand.......
Though I wouldn't be so bothered by the stamp sets on the filing cabinet if this stack wasn't on the floor IN FRONT of the cabinet where they're stored--seriously I couldn't get them IN the cabinet?  So my room is defiantly in need of a huge clean.  I won't even mention the closet I certainly won't photograph it :)!  I usually do a big clean around this time of year-find stuff I forgot I had, etc.  So maybe it's that time of year again :)
Somehow in my stamp room chaos I did happen to make a card.  And a lovely Easter card too!  I was inspired by this card from splitcoast stampers.  I changed it a little but I just loved that card when I saw it and wanted to make something similar.
For my flower I used the 'rock and roll' technique.  To do this, ink your image in a lighter color, then 'roll' the edges of the stamp in a darker color, stamp on your paper and you get a two toned look when you stamp it.  I cut the flower out and popped it up with dimensionals.  I just love it, it's simple and pretty and just scream Easter and springtime.

Supplies:
Stamp Sets:  Awash With Flowers and Something to Celebrate
Cardstock:  Pretty in Pink, Rose Red, Whisper White
Ink:  Pretty In Pink, Rose Red, Old Olive, Basic Gray
Accessories:  1 3/4 inch Circle Punch, Sponges, Big Shot, Tulip Border Embossing Folder, Dimensionals

Gift Card Purse

Yesterday was Megan's 4 month check up.  She's doing great and is in the normal range on just about everything.  And the doctor saw us faster than she's ever seen us.  I got there a little early and was thinking well, we're going to have a long wait, but we were in and out before the time the appointment was even scheduled for-how fantastic is that!?  But she's doing great and is a happy healthy 14 pound 4 month old baby girl :)

This is the cutest--and quickest--gift card holder ever!  And thanks to the Big Shot you can have it done in minutes.  I cut 2 top note dies out of brown felt and used my Circles #2 die to cut 3 circles of different sizes.  With a quick blanket stitch, sew the 2 top notes together and attach a handle while doing so.  For the flower just stick the 3 circles together with a brad or button.  I purposely didn't want them centered and I think it looks just great with them off to the side a little.  The center circle is a lighter pink, which I love!  I used a glue gun to attach my flower but you could also stick the brad through the first top note die before you sew it together to hold the flower on too.
It's the prefect size for a gift card!  I LOVE IT!!
Supplies:
Big Shot, Top Note and Circles #2 Dies, Vintage Brads

Brown, Pink and Light Pink Felt, Thread, Needle, Glue Gun.

BLISS

Bliss...that's it just Bliss...that's how I feel about this card.  I can't bring myself to give it away, I just love it, it's just Bliss!!!

Isn't is so pretty?  Too bad the picture just doesn't do it the justice it deserves.  This is one of the Sale-a-Bration sets that you can get for FREE through March 31.  I think, yep for sure, it's my favorite this year.  Despite what it looks like it didn't take very long to make.  The great thing about distressing and making cards with that vintage look is that even if you're not too careful and you mess up and tear it or crinkle it or sponge it in the wrong place it all works with the vintage look.  There's truly no mistake in stamping.  (I tell my customers that ALL the time!  No mistakes just creative opportunities!).
So lets get to the card and the details, shall we.  You can't tell from the picture but you'll have to trust me when I tell you what's stamped there.  I started with a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock.  I stamped the cherry blossoms from the Easter Blossoms set in Soft Suede but it's stamped off on scrap paper, not once but twice so that the image is very, very light.  Then I used my Very Vintage jumbo wheel in VersaMark and went over the whole piece.  Then I stamped the flourish in full strength Soft Suede over all that.  Then I did lots of sponging, not just on the edges but onto the paper toward the flourish too.  Crumple the edges a little as you go.  I spritz it a little with my color spritzer and Crumb Cake marker (seriously I can't seem to make a card lately without the spritzer tool!).  Then I added a bunch of pearls in different sizes all over the flourish.  I layered it on some Baja Breeze added a Vintage Brad and attached it to my completed card base and the card was done-so pretty!
I can't say enough good things about it, I just LOVE IT!!!

Supplies:
Stamp Sets:  Bliss, Easter Blossoms, Very Vintage Jumbo Wheel
Carstock:  Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Baja Breeze, Elegant Soiree DSP
Ink:  Soft Suede, Versa Mark and Crumb Cake Marker

Easter Chick

Sorry for the late post.  I do try to get my posts up early in the morning so they're up all day, but today that just wasn't going to happen.  We had a really busy weekend then this morning was spend finishing getting ready for my Stamp a Stack this afternoon.  I think I'm finally ready, Megan is napping, Logan is coloring so I have a couple spare minutes-I thought I'd take advantage of :)

This card didn't exactly turn out the way I wanted but it's still cute!  I got a little to energetic with the color spritzer :)  But isn't it cute-the little hatching chick!  So cute!  The paper is so pretty it's from the Sunny Garden DSP pack.  Proving to me that again I was wrong about colors.  I was never a big fan of Poppy Parade but after this DSP-I LOVE IT!!!
To make the chick hatch out of his egg I stamped him 3 times.  Once on my white paper, then twice on my DSP, cut out the 2 DSP pieces and arrange them as a hatching shell.  Super Easy!
I used markers to color the chick, and add some 'ground' so that he's not a floating chick.  I spritz the whole thing with the Peach Parfait marker in my color spritzer :)
I think my most favorite element on this card though is the ribbon, linen thread and pearl.  I just love that look!
Ok, time to load up the car, find lunch for Logan and I and head to the stamp a stack!

Supplies:
Stamp Sets:  A Good Egg, Something to Celebrate
Cardstock:  Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade, Whisper White, Sunny Garden DSP
Ink:  Poppy Parade and Staz on Pads, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Crumb Cake and Peach Parfait Markers
Accessories:  Daffodil Delight Ribbon, Linen Thread, Pearls, Dimensionals

Back Later Today...

No post this morning, it was a really busy weekend and I'm spending the morning getting ready for a stamp a stack this afternoon.  I'll post a project, hopefully later in the morning-check back!!  See you soon!

I 'Heart' MDS!

I'm sure it's no secret by now that I LOVE MDS (My Digital Studio)!!  I'm not a big scrapbooker.  I don't think I've scrapbooked a real scrapbook page with cardstock and stamps in years.  YIKES!!  I'm so behind on scrapbooking Logan and Megan's life's :(  We'll MDS is quickly changing that.  I'm in the process of working a few individual scrapbook pages that we can use as art around the house or that I can take to workshops and classes.  If you LOVE My Digital Studio too, remember you can get the Digital Starter Kit for only $148.75, that's only a little more than MDS costs in the catalog and with the starter kit you get stamps and cardstock and tons more fun stuff too!!  It's an amazing deal and you don't want to miss out on it!

I just love this page.  I got the inspiration for this page from Heather Summers who is an MDS expert!  She always amazes me with her MDS creations!
It's a pretty simple page, I used the Heart Punch to outline where I wanted my buttons to go.  Once all the buttons were placed around the punch, I just deleted the punch.  Super easy.  And to my surprise it didn't take too long to place all the buttons on there.

Remember if you're on Facebook, make sure to 'like' my page.  As a sneak peak to my post today this scrapbook page was posted last night on my Facebook page.

Is It Too Early For Easter....

....Of course not!
We've been having wonderful weather the past couple of days.  Yesterday it was nearly 70 if not in the 70's.  I went out to pick up dinner last night and wore sandals, it was great!  Logan's zoo class met yesterday morning and since it was such a nice day we spent the rest of the day at the zoo, well almost.  By the way I think the animals were happy it was warming up too, most of the animals were super active-it was really entertaining to see them. We made it home by 2 but by 3 we were outside Logan was riding his new scooter that he got for Christmas but hasn't had a chance to ride it much outside.  So by the time dinner time rolled around, I was pretty tired and really didn't feel like cooking, so it turned into a take-out night :)  I'm sure you all know how those nights go.  And great news my SU order shipped yesterday too, so I should have all my new stuff on Friday-YIPEE!!

On to the card for today!  Except for the color everything on this card is copied!  Isn't copying great!?!  At our monthly meetings Amber usually has some cards from swaps she's been in and she had some swaps from Leadership at the last meeting.  This one was one of them, made by Carol Nordquist from MN.  The card was in Pretty in Pink, I changed the color and that's about it.  It's such a simple, pretty card and I love fancy folds.
Isn't is great, Simple but elegant.  This is another one of the cards that my Mom and her guests will be making at her stamp a stack on Monday.  Still have a little bit of prep work to do on it! :)

Supplies:
Stamp Set: Easter Blossoms
Cardstock:  Perfect Plum, Whisper White, Subtles DSP Stack

Explore Your Creativity with Stampin' Up!

Just a few of the MANY reasons why I LOVE being a demonstator and why I LOVE Stampin' Up!!

Birds on a Branch

I don't have much to talk about today so I'm just going to jump right into the project :)  Although I did order some supplies and fun stuff from SU yesterday and I'm so excited to get them (especially the shirt and wallet).  Can't wait for UPS to bring them.  Hopefully it will come before Friday, there's nothing worse than when your box arrives in your city on Friday but you can't have it until Monday-ugghhh!  But since we're not too far from SLC (where it ships from), it usually gets here in a day (after it ships).  So if it ships by Wednesday I should have it by Friday---Just don't ship on Thursday, then I won't get it until Monday :(  Ok, now that you know what I've been obsessing about today-lets get to that project!

When I first saw this stamp set in the Mini Catalog I wasn't a huge fan.  I usually have to see many samples done with a stamp set before I really fall in love with it, as was the case with this one.  The more stuff I saw done with it, the more I LOVED it!  So I *had* to buy it :)  I love this card and there's so much going on with it, I'm not sure where to start.  The colors are great-Basic Black, Old Olive and Pear Pizazz!  After making this card I thought that the birds might have looked better if they were embossed in black-next time!
I stamped the background in Old Olive and the birds on top in Basic Black.  It's pretty hard to see from the photo but I then I spritz it with my color spritzer in Daffodil Delight.  It just adds a subtle touch of color and looks great in person.  So pretty!
The ribbon (or seam binding) I just love on this card.  To get the frilled look, make sure the ends of your seam binding are frayed a little then pull one or two of the frayed threads and the seam binding will bunch up and it just looks awesome!  You'll probably have to use some glue dots or SNAIL to hold the ends in place.  Once they get bunched up they really have a mind of their own and don't like to stay put-but a handy dandy glue dot will fix that problem!
So what do you think?  I just adore this card-hope you do too!

Stamp Set:  Clearly For You
Carstock:  Basic Black, Old Olive, Pear Pizazz, Very Vanilla
Ink:  Basic Black, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight Marker

Floral Thanks!

I hope you all enjoyed a fun Valentine's Day.  I spent a good portion of the day crafting, (probably should have been cleaning) but I spent it crafting!  I made some wonderful cards and I can't wait to show you.  They'll be up later this week :)  I have 3 events coming up in the next couple of weeks so I'm excited to prepare for those too.  One of them is a stamp a stack my Mom is hosting.  I love doing stamp a stacks.  I think it's one of the best events I do, especially for 'experianced' stampers who just want to get together and have a fun day of stamping.  This is one of the cards they'll be making.

I just love it, especially the colors.  If you've been following my blog for a while you'll remember my love affair with Baja Breeze while it was an in color a few years ago.  And when it came back as a core color I was soooo excited.  Then Marina Mist came out and boy was I happy.  I just love Marina Mist and Baja Breeze together.  I don't use it as often as I want to, but for this card it worked perfectly!
I used Greenhouse Garden (a fantastic stamp set-by the way!).  It's one of the best stamp sets in the catalog and a great stamp set to start with if you're a new stamper.
I love the simple greeting on this card layered on the curly label punch just makes it so pretty!  The simple flower in the corner with the rhinestone completes the card!  I just love it!  I should probably use this set more often.  I love everything I've made with it.  This is another set I hope SU never retires!  :)

Stamp Set:  Greenhouse Garden, Upsy Daisy

Key to my Heart

Happy Valentine's Day!  Are you spending it with someone you love?  Dan has to work but Logan and Megan will be spending the day with me.  Maybe we'll surprise Dan with a lunch at work or bring him a special treat.  He's been working so much lately (well really since July).  So he deserves a break.  We did go on a 'date' on Saturday.  Wicked (the Broadway show) was touring and has been in Albuquerque for the past few weeks.  Dan and I got tickets way back in October, I think. We went to the show Saturday, then went to dinner after.  It's a great show!  We had a good time and it was the first time I had left Megan alone.  She did well so that's encouraging since I have some workshops coming up that I won't be bringing her too.
This is the Valentine's Day card that I made for Dan.  This was my first time using the letterpress dies for the big shot.  I'm still not quite sure how much I like them.  I do like the look but the image isn't embossed as much as I thought it would be.  I used white craft ink on mine with black cardstock.
Here's the whole card.  It's a super cute card.  I especially love the little key on there!  I normally don't do ribbon on 'man' cards but I thought, well it's Valentines Day so a little ribbon is ok, plus I don't think it 'girls' it up too much :)
Here's another look at the letterpress impressions.  I think I just need to experiment with them a little more.

Supplies:
Stamp Set:  You're a Gem, So Happy For You
Cardstock:  Whisper White, Basic Black, Blushing Bride
Ink:  Basic Black and Blushing Bride Classic Ink, Whisper White Craft Ink
Accessories:  Big Shot, Heart Pressed Letterpress Die, Trinket Keys,  Basic Black Grosgrain Ribbon, Linen Thread, Dimensionals

Birthday Celebrations

I have a really quick post for you.  I'm so excited.  Yesterday I got my shipment of new stuff and boy am I like a kid in a candy store.  Packages and packages of new cardstock, at least a dozen new stamp sets and tons of accessories!  And most of it was free! I just LOVE Sale-a-Bration!!!

Today's card I made last night with some of my new stuff.  I had to give it to the lucky birthday girl this morning so the pictures were taken in my room at night so I'm sorry about the not so great pictures, but I thought this card was so cute I just had to share it!  I stamped the cake twice and used my markers to color in one.  I cut that one out and popped it up on the other cake.  So simple but make such a cute card!  I love doing tone on tone embossing.  I just LOVE the look.  And I just love the scallop border in the back with the rhinestones so pretty!
So it's a fun simple card, and came together in just minutes!  Hopefully I'll get a chance to play today, but first I have to clear my desk first.  The mountains of stamps behind the card are all my new stuff!!  Yay!!  But unfortunately they're taking over my desk and it's a little impossible to work right now :)

Supplies:
Stamp Sets:  Upsy Daisy, Slice of Life
Cardstock:  Baja Breeze, So Saffron, Poppy Parade, Whisper White
Ink:  Staz-On and Poppy Parade Pad, Poppy Parade, So Saffron and Baja Breeze Markers
Accessories:  Big Shot, Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder, 3/4 inch Circle Punch, Rhinestones, Dimensionals

Embossed Butterflies

I'm so excited about today.  I'm supposed to get 3 HUGE boxes of Stampin' Up! stuff delivered!  I can't wait to PLAY!  It's so funny I anticipate the UPS man coming like a kid on Christmas.  Isn't it great to be so passionate about your job!?!  I absolutely love what I do and I couldn't image doing anything else!  So in anticipation of UPS coming this post will be quick!

I love butterflies, I even have a butterfly tattoo on my ankle :)  But I just love the Beautiful Wings Embosslit.  It's so pretty and in just seconds you get embossed and butterflies cut out at the same time!
This is a 4x4 square card and I just love the simplicity of the butterflies.  I added some pearls to them and some scrunched up ribbon-something I need to work on.  My ribbon never looks scrunched in the artistic way that it should, it just looks smooshed.  I'll have to work on it :)  But it's a pretty simple card.  I'm not listing supplies for this one because it's pretty self explanatory and I'm running short on time, if you have questions though please let me know!

Sweet Heart Tag Box

Hard to believe but Valentine's Day is less than a week away.  It seems like we just started the year doesn't it.  I have to say that I am waaayy behind on Valentine's gifts.  This year I decided that I wasn't going to make Logan's classes Valentine's so I bought some store-bought ones---YIKES I know it's horrible right?  I just didn't think I'd have the time to get it together to do kid Valentine's.  I'm still going to make some gifts for the teachers but the kids will have store bought ones.
This might be what I make for the teachers, it's super cute and I just love it!  I made the box out of the Two Tags Die, I swear that die is amazing!  I cut 2 of the rectangle shaped tags and made a simple box to put on the inside, then attached a tag in the front and a tag in the back.  Couldn't be easier.
For the heart I embossed the Vanilla cardstock then punched it out with my heart punch.  I then used my Scallop Heart of Hearts Embosslit to get the scalloped heart.  I love it, and forgot I had it--ooops!  The pink band around the box is cardstock that I distressed then separated to get a faux suede look. Add a tag or banner and you're done!
Isn't it so sweet and adorable!  Fill it with candy, maybe a gift card and you have the best little Valentine box ever!

Supplies:
Stamp Set:  Teeny Tiny Wishes

Ink: Real Red

Bird I Love

So it appears that I'm loosing my mind.  I had every intent to post the stamp camp projects today but instead posted them yesterday afternoon.  Oh well.  You'll get an extra post this week :)  Also as I was frantically preparing for a stamp a stack I have coming up I began to worry that I may not get everything I need in time.  Well I have plenty of time.  The stamp a stack is in 2 weeks, I thought it was next week.  All weekend and all day today I've been preparing for it and it's 2 weeks away.  Too funny!  But wait I'm not done.  While stamping today I went to grab my Stampin' Mist cleaner to spray on my pads to clean my stamps like a good stamper should and I grabbed my shimmer mist spray.  I didn't even realize it until I was cleaning a stamp and it smelled like rubbing alcohol.  Then it hit me, I sprayed my pads with shimmer mist spray instead of stampin' mist!!!  Oh brother!  Thankfully I have plenty of cleaning pads so I just replaced them and cleaned my stamps the proper way.  I'm still going to blame it on having a 2nd baby.  And reason number #268 why we won't have a 3rd-I don't think I would have any brain left if we did!  We're supposed to get more snow today :(  I'm so done with winter and soooooo ready for spring and warmer weather :)  Since my stamp a stack isn't coming up as quickly as I first thought, I have plenty of time to stamp for fun, though isn't ALL stamping fun!?!

I love this card more than I can express.  I think that Friends 24/7 has got to be one of my all time favorite stamp sets of all time-please SU don't ever retire it!!!!  I just love the elegant vintage look of this card-it's so pretty!  I used my markers to color the image on the stamp.  Then I got out some watercolor paper and used my aqua painter to gently wet the paper, then I stamped my image on it and the water from the paper will gently blend the colors together.  If you wanted a more watercolored look then you just get your paper wetter.  After the paper was dry I picked up some Old Olive with my aqua painter and tapped it on the side of my hand splattering Old Olive colored water over the image.  I could have got a similar look using the color spritzer but I wanted to try it with the aqua painter.  I think I'll stick with the color spritzer :)
I just love it!  And the antique brad and ribbon, so pretty!

Supplies:
Stamp Set:  Teeny Tiny Wishes, Friends 24/7

Sale-a-Bration Stamp Camp!

As promised I said that I would show you the projects from stamp camp.  Everyone got to make 10 projects, all of them were great.  There were 10 demo's participating and each one was responsible for their own card and supplies, etc.  I showed you the card I did here.  Here's the rest of the cards.

Angela did this one.  I love it!!  I love the colors and the buttons!!

This one was Nichole's, she's a brand new demo and did a great job.  I love the flower.

Michelle C did this one.  Everyone loved this little calendar!  And check out the little bow made from hearts on the owl!

Michelle G did this one.  I love the collage look and the embossing!

Vanessa did this one.  I'm totally loving that SAB stamp set Bliss and I never do square cards but I just love this one.

This one was Corrina's.  I just love that flower die!  You can do soooo many things with it!!

Karen did this one.  I love how she used the scallop square punch and the scallop circle punches together, so cute!

This one was Amber's.  I love it.  I love all cards with vellum, it just adds so much to the project!

Last but not least.  This one was Carmelita's.  The tag is actually a magnet!  Isn't that awesome!!  I love it!

Butterfly Towel

Stamp camp on Saturday was fantastic!!  Everyone I talked to had a great time, the projects were great and there was a lot of Sale-a-Brating going on.  I took Megan with me, it was her first Stamin' event (outside of our monthly meetings) and she was a huge hit!  I took my camera but I completely forgot to take pictures!  It seems I always do that :/  But I do have all the projects that were made so I'll make sure and post those tomorrow.
All the demonstrators had to bring a handmade door prize, I love mine so much I almost didn't give it away!  Isn't it fantastic, a butterfly hand towel!  And it's a no-sewing project!  I stuck the iron on adhesive on the back of the fabric then ran it through the big shot with the butterfly die, after a little ironing it's done, super easy!
The original plan was to sew buttons onto the center of the butterflies but after I ironed them on I thought, 'Oh I be the antique brads would look better'  Sure enough they did, so I cut off the prongs on the back and glued them on.  I just love them.  I think it looks amazing!
I just adore that fabric too!  It's so beautiful especially when you see it in person!  Don't be too surprised if I make alot more of these, they were so easy and they're so beautiful!

So Sweet Page

It is so stinkin' cold here!  Yesterday we woke up to negative temps and then the high was only like 15. Today it's supposed to warm all the way up to the low 30's.  Whoa-heat wave.  Then NM is going through a gas shortage so everyone is being asked to turn their thermostats down and conserve gas and energy.  Schools have been closed for 4 days in a row now, 2 for snow and bad roads and 2 now because it's just too darn cold.  For someone's who has only lived where it's warm (NM, FL, SC) the cold is just too much, so come on spring, come on spring!  Spring can't get here soon enough!  Now in July and August when I'm complaining about how hot it is someone please remind me of this week!  Though I'd much rather be hot than cold.

I have the most adorable My Digital Studio or MDS page to show you today!  If you're a fan of mine on Facebook, you probably saw it there yesterday.  I made it in just minutes, and I just love it!  If you haven't had a chance to use MDS you NEED to it's amazing.  During Sale-a-Bration you can get the Digital Starter Kit for only $148.75!  MDS normally is 79.95 plus tax and shipping, so for just a little more you're getting MDS plus stamp sets, ink pads, cardstock and so much more.  It's such a great deal!  And MDS is so amazing!

Tomorrow is our Sale-a-Bration stamp camp and I couldn't be more excited for it!  I just love stamp camp and it will be my first 'official' event since having Megan so I'm super exctied!  More about it on Monday!

Thanks for looking, see you soon!!!
