Ladybug INK challenge
I didn't put the sides on my box this time. I thought I would leave them off to create a pouch type box this time. And of course there's some Ghirardelli chocolate inside. I covered them with Rose Red DSP then used glue dots to attach them inside.
Here it is open..

Celebrating Butterflies-and an anniversary!
Here's today project. Our demonstrator meeting is tonight. I'm always so excited for these meetings. They're always so much fun and I get inspired to create new fun stuff after every one. So here's my swap for tonight. The theme this month was any new set from the mini catalog-that will be released on April 1, but remember they are 4 Easter sets in there that you can get today! There are still a couple of days of Sale-a-Bration left too, so make sure you get your free stuff before time runs out! Ok back to the card, the set I used is Matchbox Messages. I stamped it in Regal Rose ink then punched it out with my small oval punch, then my large oval punch in Regal Rose and that's all layered on some white and Always Artichoke, where just the bottom is punched with the scallop oval. Really pretty. I had to use my butterfly die again, I just love it!
Supplies:
Stamp Sets: Matchbox Messages
Cardstock: Regal Rose, Always Artichoke, White, Candy Lane DSP, Regal Rose DSP from the level 1 hostess DSP pack
Ink: Regal Rose
Accessories: Big Shot, Butterfly die, Regal Rose ribbon, Small oval, Large oval, Scallop Oval and Eyelet border punches, dimensionals
Thanks for looking see you tomorrow!

Bunco at my house
So this year I made gift boxes and decorated their score cards. Everything coordinates and looks great. I used the box with scallops die and the basket and blooms die--that's where the flower came from. Don't look too close at my desk in the background, it's a disaster. I have about 42 different projects going on in the background, and when I work on different projects I keep them in different plastic boxes to keep all the pieces separate. Not to mention I have scraps and glue everywhere on my desk. Oh well I'm guessing I'm not the only one who's desk looks like this...or am I.....Nope there's gotta be someone else.

Tutorial Tueday-Mini Easter Basket
Here are the supplies you'll need: A word window punch, a box cut out using the big shot and the box #2 die, some ribbon and some DSP. I'm using the SAB ribbon and DSP for my project. You only have 1 week left to get the SAB stamp sets and ribbon for free. After March 31 they're no longer available. You'll also need some adhesive, I'm using SNAIL for mine but sticky strip, 2-way glue or tombow glue would also work great. So lets get started!

Most Tools
When this stamp set came out in the new catalog I thought it was just too cute and would make really nice guy cards. So with my last order my Mom bought it and let me borrow it. I cut out all the tools, well I used my blender pen to color them first then cut then out. I went through a bunch of tool belts making this card and finally settled on this one. Wouldn't it be cute to have a whole tool belt shaped card....I'll get to work on that.
Here's a close up of the tool belt, it's awfully cute isn't it?!

I'm back after a short break
So sorry I missed yesterday, here's what I have for you today. I made some more birthday cards for my church. This month I decided to use alot of leftover DSP scraps that I had from workshops and classes. So they're very simple but very cute too.

Tutorial Tuesday-Bag with Scallops Bunny
I saw these on Rosemaries blog and boy is she creative. I just loved them so much that I decided to do a tutorial on them so that you can make them too! They are stinkin cute, aren't they!
For the Bunnies you'll need your big shot, the Scallop Box die, sticky strip, small oval punch, large oval punch, 3/4 inch circle punch, 1/2 circle punch, 1/4 inch circle punch and the scallop oval punch-if you don't have this punch just use the large oval-no problem, and some velcro. My bunny will be white, with pink. So when I refer to the colors that's what I'll use. For you bunny just substitute the color you need!
First thing you'll do is cut your box with the big shot then fold on all the score line.
Assemble your box with sticky strip. I've found the easiest way to assemble this box is to glue the bottom flaps first then the sides.
I used a little velcro to hold the box closed.
Start by attaching his feet (large oval) and hands (small oval).
Then attach his tummy, ears, eyes and nose. I ran the inside of his ears and his tummy through my big shot with the textured plates to emboss them and give them more dimension.
How cute is he!!!!

Another Logan card
My stamp a stack over the weekend went great. I think on Saturday I spent like 4 hours at home. I was so tired on Saturday night, I fell asleep on the couch before 9:30. Sunday was just as busy so I didn't get much stamping time in this weekend but fortunately Logan did. My mom bought Logan a bunch of spring/summer clothes including an Easter outfit so Logan made Grandma a thank you card. I helped with the ribbon and punching, but he stamped the rest. Cute huh! I'll be back tomorrow with a tutorial, not sure what I'm doing yet so I'll surprise you!
Supplies
Stamp Set: Cheep Talk and Short and Sweet
Cardstock: So Saffron, Chocolate Chip, White, Delicate Dots SAB DSP
Ink: Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue and Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Saffron SAB ribbon, eyelet border punch, dimensionals

This card brought to you by the letter K
The title might seem a little confusing, it's brought to you by the letter K as in Karen! She loaned me her stamp set and some of her DSP to get these cards made so really this card would not exisit if not for Karen! Wow Karen you're turning into a superstar on my blog. You've been mentioned quite a bit in the past week! As I've mentioned before I'm in a bunco group that meets once a month and this month it's my turn to host so here's the invitation that I'm sending to everyone. I made 12 total, so that I could keep one too. This a unique fold for a card...
The top and bottom unfold and in the center there's the party info and I made a pocket in the bottom flap to hold directions to my house. Pretty cool huh! You could also make this card for another occasion and use the pocket to hold a gift card. That would be really cute! The party info and directions are just printed on copy paper off my computer.
